Dirty, dog poop everywhere, helicopters and planes right next door. Very tight spots, lots of full-timers with junk everywhere. Signs to lock up your stuff. I would never stay again.

Me and my bf are living in an RV until we get a credit score established and enough work history. I’ve been here for a couple months and there is soo many problems with this place. When we got here I was told the WiFi wasn’t working well in the area we were staying and they said it would be fixed soon. It’s been months now and the WiFi is still really bad. I can hardly use it. I mostly use my data, AT&T, however on the weekends during the flea market (every weekend non stop) both the WiFi and my service gets to the point where it is unusable. I can’t even make calls or text anyone during the day on the weekend. I didn’t even think to ask this before we moved in here bc every other RV park we talked to and looked at (Atleast 15) had 2 car parking, but there is only one car allowed to park at each RV site. To me that’s odd bc it’s normal for couples to have 2 cars. They want you to park your other car in their parking lot far way from your RV spot. I have nice cars so it’s super uncomfortable to do that. They have certain items they allow outside your RV, very strict, down to a certain number of those items too. I went into their bathrooms once and wanted to throw up, it was disgusting and looked like it barely gets cleaned. Their washers and dryers are worse than if you went to a regular laundry mat. An hour and my clothes never come out dry. I honestly don’t think it washes them that good either. So me and my bf go to my bf’s brothers house 40 minutes away. It’s $625 (the most expensive out of all of the ones we looked into), Utilities are included but if you work all week like we do that’s not really a highlight bc you won’t be using them hardly. I would recommend another RV park. There are several around. A lot were full at the time but we’re going to be looking into them again and seeing if they’ve become available. There is also an airport next door that operates at anytime day and night. This is just an RV park that refuses to upgrade anything in their park and continues to overcharge for a old, run down park.

Needed full hook up while working in the area. Nice older park, but the location was the worst. Amusement/flee market on one side and the municipal airport on the other. Very loud !! Thank goodness the market closed around 6pm on the weekends. Mostly full time residents here, quite and kept to themselves. Has a small playground and pool. Pool was closed while there in Feb, Mar, and Apr. the biggest laundry room that I have ever seen in a park. Clean and cheap, but had an unpleasant smell. The sites were tight unless you were in the overflow which was nothing but a parking lot that backed up to the park.

We stayed on the opening day of the market, and my negative comments are probably due mostly to the crowd and the weather. It rained, and the narrow strip at the back along the fence for the dogs was unpleasant. The bath house (only some were unlocked) was muddy and the trash needed to be emptied.

I would much rather give a great review, but this is a parking lot...a very narrow one that is hard to get into your space. There isn't anything redeemable about it other than hookups.

There are a lot of permanent residents here, most are neat, but it feels very cramped. We had a cement pad with FHUs. Had to dig weeds and yuk out of sewer access "hole" that was gross. WiFi worked sporadically. The park is part of the flea market and many of their rules apply to vendors and buyers. We were just there to see the Cowboys' stadium - which is nicely close by.Next to municipal airport and in the flight pattern for DFW airport, so not completely quiet. We had a tornado and flash flood warning our second night. Not all the block shower rooms were open, but we did all gather there for a while. They have excellent drainage, with deep water drying out very quickly. It's a good spot to visit Dallas.
