Busy but very nice campground. We showed up late and the host that met us was very helpful! Seems like there were a lot of full timers. Convenient location as well!

Close to the stadiums, Cowboys and Rangers, the highway, I-20 and shopping. 25 minutes to either downtown with tons of travel options. It is helpful to have a Texas toll tag but not necessary. The park is beautifully maintained with hundreds of live art at trees creating a wonderful shady canopy. There is a pool, a dog park, both pull through and back in spots, a gym, and a very tidy on site laundry. The staff was terrific and super helpful. This is a great city campground

  • Park was very clean and kept immaculate.

We loved our stay her while visiting family. Very shaded spots, not perfectly level but that’s ok.

The only available sites for transit customers were basic pull-through on level gravel. These sites are very close together and offer little privacy. The resort is about 10 miles from the sports stadia, 25 miles from the Fort Worth stockyards and 35 miles from downtown Dallas. Shopping mall and fast food restaurants within walking distance.

Ample, and we mean ample, shopping, restaurants and amenities nearby. Easy access to I-20. Some spaces may be a little tightly spaced, but we had no complaints. The other guests we met were friendly. The WiFi was fine for email and web surfing, but not for streaming. We did not hook up the cable TV because we were able to get a satellite signal . But due to trees, most will either not be able to use satellite or need to set up a tripod. Would stay again. In fact, we're looking forward to doing just that next time we're in this part of the country. If in a big rig and coming from the west, do not plan to get off I-20 at Bowen and take Arbook. That part of Arbrook Rd is narrow and encroached by trees. Take the Cooper/157 exit off I-20 instead.

The spots are plenty big. Even though you are in the middle of the metro area, while you are in the RV park you could convince yourself you are at a state park.About 2/3 of the spots are permanent residents, and many of the rest of snowbird regulars, so the people are very friendly and helpful. My only complaint is not about the park, but the area and the lack of sidewalks. We like to walk or bike, but the roads around the park are narrow with no sidewalks. The only place to walk is over to the nearby Target and shopping areas -- very convenient, but not great for a relaxing walk.Internet was decent most of the time.Overall, I highly recommend this place.PS, if you need auto work, avoid Dan's Auto just a few miles away. Total scam artists.
