Their web site doesn't give much info on this park. I don't know if they upgraded anything. More info may be forthcoming.

Ack! Mosquitoes everywhere! We couldn’t step outside without getting a mosquito bite! The sites were close together and difficult to back into. The gym equipment was broken while we were there. You have to drive through a neighborhood and gravel road to get to the park.

Our 'winter texan' stay began on Feb 1st 2020. When we made our reservations we were advised that the county gravel road was to be repaved before our arrival. That was not the case. There were potholes and bomb craters for that mile long torture track. It took 10 minutes to travel that mile. At no time did I touch the gas pedal.Inside the park it's smooth concrete. They have a nice clubhouse and pool. The 2 private shower/toilet rooms were not very clean and mold surrounds the shower. It's hard to call it a resort without decent cable tv, but the price seemed to take that into account. The Wi-Fi was free and good enough to stream Roku. Cell service was also quite good. We enjoyed our stay and the management (new) were hard working, friendly and helpful. The best thing that happened during our stay? They fixed the road!
