As the title would suggest the sites here are really close together and maneuvering through the park is difficult and somewhat confusing. The sites are concrete, utilities are well placed and worked as they should. There is cable TV but no WiFi. Our site had a great view of the Gulf out the windshield and was a bit more spacious than some of the sites. The park also gets high marks for cleanliness and helpful staff. If you are booking this place for the 500’ fishing pier don’t. Hurricane Harvey (2017) left them about 250’ that has been repaired and is lighted. The good news is that the park is convenient to Fulton’s municipal pier that is big, lighted and well constructed. There are also convenient bait shops. There are quite a few long term residents, all of whom were helpful when it came time to move cars for RVs to enter or leave their site. All things considered it was a pleasant stay and we would gladly stay here again.

This is a beautiful park with concrete sites and is kept clean. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. The park is right across the street from their private fishing pier. The only reason we are only giving them 3 stars is because their wifi is so poor you can't get logged on and you cannot get a hot spot via phone because their is no AT&T tower near; so very poor cell service and cannot connect using phone signal.
