I only gave 4 stars because this is not a high-end resort RV park but it was PERFECT for what we needed. Beautiful old oak trees throughout this quiet park of mostly full timers. There is a small laundry room (2 washers, 2 dryers - $1.25 per load). There is a hot shower and toilets (not fancy but gets the job done). Full hook up sites. Great cable TV (100+ channels). Close to local dining and shopping. A beautiful park and wildlife sanctuary across the street. The people were very friendly and helpful. Will stay here again if we get back this way.
Nice “workers’ RV park”

Mostly long term contract workers staying here - looked like a nice place for an overnight - not paved, full hookups, just outside Bay City. 40 sites. We stopped for propane (decent price) and wished we would have stayed here instead of Travelers’ Paradise. Big trees, a little tight going around the loop to be on the right side for propane fill but do-able. Didn’t try Verizon because we were only here for propane but ATT suitable for streaming video.
