Stopped overnight and extended another night because of the weather. Trash and cigarette butts at our site, 1 of 4 dryers working, bathroom and shower were disgusting. Potholes and huge puddles in the road. Usually when reviewers complain about trains I roll my eyes but wow. So close and loud that the horns made us jump every time. Pro...moreStopped overnight and extended another night because of the weather. Trash and cigarette butts at our site, 1 of 4 dryers working, bathroom and shower were disgusting. Potholes and huge puddles in the road. Usually when reviewers complain about trains I roll my eyes but wow. So close and loud that the horns made us jump every time. Probably a dozen times in 2 nights. No place to walk the dog. Bert’s is only a few miles away, half the cost, and a much nicer place, and you can fill up your propane tanks while you’re there.

Horns blasting ALL night long and the guy next to us where we had to do a blind back in was sticking mostly out into the middle of the drive. Took me 25 min to back in, in the dark, which is WAY more than usual. No one slept because of the freight trains that run every 30-60 min.

We stayed here over the holidays. Gated park and located in a good location in Bay City. I would visit again.
