First off, the staff is incredibly friendly! Give them a call before to book (they are closed Sunday's). This place is behind a used car sales lot which doesn't see much business. The land behind the shop is mainly filled with full timers and then the owners have about 10 spaces for transients like us. Spots are gravel and mostly level. The price includes full hook ups and wifi... No other amenities. You are not in the best neighborhood but we felt safe. There is a train that you will hear frequently at night but park itself is quiet. You are only a few miles from downtown and very close to the artsy Noda district and Plaza Midway neighborhood.

We had tickets and wanted to bring our dogs along, so this was a really good option for us. The park was quiet and well kept. Its a great option for a night or 2 and want to be close to downtown.
