My wife & two boys were passing through Charlotte. 40 ft 5th wheel fit perfect & couldn’t beat the nightly rate. Kevin is the owner & lives on the property. We felt safe & welcome here. Definitely recommend ????????

When it’s busy I could see where it could be really tight but we were there for Dead and company and it was not busy at all. We had spot 36 which faces the partial hook up spots and the full hookups and on the back of us was an open field that looks like it’s set for Boondocking? Sun in the morning hits the back of your camper and mid day you get full sun on the front which put us in the back after mid day and had a pretty view of the field and trees. I will stay again for shows or to visit family in the area. Dogs are allowed, staff is friendly and was helpful but we didn’t need to interact much! Our spot took a little leveling but wasn’t bad.

I had read reviews that mentioned you could literally reach out your window and touch your neighbor's coach if you took your screen out. I could see that that was true with the other spaces. Then finally we got neighbors. Basically both coaches need to be hooked up to the same utility station. And yes, you could theoretically TOUCH your neighbor's coach from your own if you were so inclined. And being so close, you can hear even the quietest of neighbors at times. The upside to this, is that there's a decent amount of space on the other side of your RV. And in our case, we didn't have any neighbors in the other direction. Also the young people running the place were nice. The campground was a full $10 less per night than any other places in the area. It's a quick drive into Harrisburg, Concord, or Charlotte, and it's very close to the NASCAR track. There's plenty of open space around the campground, but I'm sure it's packed on race days. Wifi was pretty good, although it cut out completely at times.
