Very sharp corners to turn in. The park in on a hill so the sites are awkward to get in to. Bathrooms were in disrepair, were smelly and were frequently out of toilet paper. It seems they have quite a few people who live here year-round. I wanted to like this place because the folks running it seem really nice and trying the best they can. But it was way expensive for what you got, and location is the only reason it was so expensive and the only reason to stay there. The laundry room is shared with the check in desk. There is a large window in the bathroom building that is missing the glass, so it is patched in with insulation and large sheets of plastic. When it rained, the humidity in the building left the toilet paper damp.

There is a hard to navigate sharp and steep turn in the park. Had to unhook our car and our motorhome still strained to make it. Site was long enough for my motorhome but just barely wide enough to open the slideouts. Forget about an awning or sitting outside. Had to park our car in another area. Hookups were strangely located, had to use an extension cord for power hookup. Nearby helicopter ride was loud and incessant during the day. WiFi never worked and "cable" had only 6 channels. The pool was rarely open and the management was very rude. We won't be back again.
