We have stayed at Oakgrove RV Park in Branson, MO many, many times. However, in October of 2021 our experience was completely unpleasant. When checking in I was told our camper was larger than what I told the manager when making the reservation (I think I know the size of our rig). She then put us in a spot that we could barely get ...moreWe have stayed at Oakgrove RV Park in Branson, MO many, many times. However, in October of 2021 our experience was completely unpleasant. When checking in I was told our camper was larger than what I told the manager when making the reservation (I think I know the size of our rig). She then put us in a spot that we could barely get backed into and there was no room for our pickup which had to be parked across and down from us, which is unacceptable. We always had cable previously, but this time we were told they were out of "black boxes" and those are on a first come, first serve. Therefore, we had no cable for our entire stay which was unacceptable. The managers were rarely in the office so we would have to hunt them down to ask a question. We checked out a day early due to the circumstances and then were told they came to our camper 3 times with a "black box" after they got some more, but we were never there. I asked why didn't you call us and was told he didn't have time to call, yet he had time to walk to our camper 3 times. Whatever! We knew he was not telling us the truth. Needless to say, we had a very bad experience and will never darken their doorway again unless they get new managers that can guarantee certain amenities (which we paid for) and did not get in October. They were rude and just plain unpleasant. We come to Branson regularly and had to find a different park for our next stay. I so hope people see this rating and don't make the same mistake we did. The one thing we loved about this park was location and convenience to the strip. What difference does location and convenience mean when the management lies to you and you do not get the amenities promised at the time of booking.

Easy access to most all of Branson. Restrooms and showers were clean.Best of all the customer service to accommodate us into a spot to ease or needs as my wife had back surgery just a few weeks before arriving here.

The soon to be new owners were really kind. The loops double as short trails and thier playground and small dog park are up kept. The road it's off isn't heavily trafficd Will come back here again next time!

The sites were tight and owners not on location since also run a motel down the street. Wifi signal looks strong with several relays but could not get logged on. Owner said he would reset, but never happened.Great location to Branson actives and events. Quiet, but close enough.

Very friendly and accommodating staff. We were in a 40’ motorhome and had no trouble entering our site. Strong Verizon and Dish signal. Close to 76 strip and area attractions. Park was tidy, nice playground for kids, and fenced dog park. We were there 4 weeks and got a great monthly rate with discounts.

We stayed 4 weeks in our 40’ motorhome. Nice little campground, clean laundry and bath house, kids playground with new equipment, and a fenced dog park. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Park was close to 76 strip and area attractions. We liked the low monthly rate with our discounts. We would stay here again!
