We have been staying at a lot of KOAs. This one is the smallest of them all. Sites are very close to one another. Staff is very friendly and helpful. The kids enjoyed the pool. Kids 14 and younger cannot be there without adult. VERY clean shower and laundry room. $1.75 for 26 mn wash or 60 mn driver.They received packages for me an...moreWe have been staying at a lot of KOAs. This one is the smallest of them all. We were also very close to the dump station, I am not sure if that's why but horrible smell late in the day.

Typical overpriced KOA. Site was nice, concrete patio with fire pit and picnic table, FHU's. A little tight in navigating some of the turns with the trees. Nice indoor pool area.

This was a very tired old KOA that the owners have not maintained well at all. The electric pedestal was old and two of the breakers had electrical tape holding them off. The site was muddy and sloppy because it not had fresh stone in many years. The picnic table was old and in poor condition. The electric pedestal was old and two of the breakers had electrical tape holding them off. The site was muddy and sloppy because it not had fresh stone in many years. The picnic table was old and in poor condition. Clearly this place has been neglected by management and despite high occupancy no one cares to re-invest in updates. I am beginning to see this as a “norm” with KOA’s in general.

This was a typical KOA and we appreciate being able to count on certain amenities such as clean restrooms and showers, friendly staff that’s available until 9pm, and relatively level sites. This one meets all of those well except the sites are very close together. Our site was at the end of the row next to all of the tenters. This one meets all of those well except the sites are very close together. Our site was at the end of the row next to all of the tenters. That means lots of campfire smoke and crowded restrooms.

Beautifully maintained. Nice laundry facility. Huge indoor pool. Super friendly staff. Close to lots of things. Couldn’t give full stars because it’s right on a noisy/busy highway.
