There are many semi-permanent residents but it feels like a vacation resort, not a mobile home park. Office staff and groundskeepers are incredibly friendly. As are neighbors It’s soooo quiet here (at least in January) and very peaceful. The entire campground was asleep by 9pm. Walking the nearby neighborhoods is pleasant as every modest home has waterfront docks via canal. Bathhouses are extremely clean. Laundry is plentiful. $1.75 wash and $1.75 45 mins dry time. TINY dog park. Heated pool. River/ canal access. Good WiFi. Everyone was super happy and friendly. They love camping and part-time living there. Once you wiggle your rig into your space, you may not want to leave. You MUST SEE Three Sisters Springs! Scuba or snorkel Rainbow River, snorkel with the manatee and get PADI certified as a Manatee diver through American Pro Dive Shop in Crystal River. They are amazing!
