Check in was a very simple process… The location of the park was very close to everything and anything Manatee. Staff was friendly pool was clean and Park was very quiet. It appears that many sites are owned with concrete pads, screened porches and storage sheds. That would be okay but the space we got was so tight we could not put out an awning or a carpet on a 25' camper van. The trailer next to us was on concrete blocks in the air (no skirting), and rusted wheels. The picnic table was so old, rotten and nasty that it has not been usable for a very long time. There was no place to even set out our chairs except right at the road. The place needs some TLCHad to search for a trash can. Only place in a large park to drop poo bags was in the dog park. The check in was easy and the staff was friendly. Location great but there is road noise.

This is a typical RV “resort” in Florida. Full hookups. The Electric and sewer connections have been recently replaced, they are new and nice. The standard sites are mostly dirt. Not very many campers. Homasassa is a quaint area, with a couple of days worth activities mostly around manatees. Very close to a great State of Florida Wildlife park. Nothing memorable about the park, but it was not bad either.
