We picked this park based on recent reviews not noticing we’d stayed prior. Check in was quick and we were escorted to pull through 105 with FHUs. Also to our surprise, this was the same site. Utilities are smartly placed in the middle of most sites. Water pressure is very good, got 3 OTA channels, and their 24 channel cable worked okay but a little grainy on some channels (I swapped out coax and asked my neighbor to be sure). We got 3 bars on Verizon. They have 22 WiFi connections (not really sure how many are real) but connection 10 worked above average. There are a lot of mature trees here so satellite could be iffy. Our site and 106 should not have a problem connecting to satellite. 100 series sites are fairly well spaced with nice grass areas. The campground map is fairly accurate depicting site sizes, however, sites are not assigned until you arrive. We enjoyed our three night stay much better than last time.

The only complaint I had and others noticed, the sewer connections were right next to your neighbor’s and your outside door and sitting area . It was not pleasant at all . You either had to sit behind your camper or in front with very little space . And these sites were very close together . There were many other sites that were private and spacious . Next time I would ask for one of those . Otherwise it was nice.

Ditto previous reviewer. We enjoyed taking advantage of their pool. The showers are pretty tight on space, but facilities are impeccably maintained. This is a sweet spot to stay in.Buffalo. Office staff suggested dinner at TA Ranch, about 17 mi south - highly recommend! Unique and excellent.

We did not have reservations in early June but got a selection of a couple of decent sites. We had a pull-through, but it was tight the next morning pulling out due to other rigs and trees. We also had cable TV. This park is probably no more than a couple of minutes off of the interstate. It has many mature trees and I heard very little traffic but no interstate noise.

I’ll start with saying Buffalo, WY is a charming little town in a beautiful area of the country. This camp ground was very comfortable. Most of the spots are pull through, full hook up. There is a little 1/4 mile trail to walk dogs and there was a family of deer who frequently strolled by. Would definitely stop here again.

Used the laundry facilities and they were clean with good, working machines. $2 in quarters for a wash. 25¢ for 7 minutes on the dryer. Overall, I would definitely choose to stay here again. Good choice for a night off of I90.

It was really tight with virtually zero space between the next site. We asked if they had a more spacious back in site and they kindly moved us to a much better site on the bottom row for just $4 more per night. Our site was right next to the tent camping area which was sparsely used so we had tons of grassy space in front of our camper. The sites are well treed and have ample shade. The walking trail is beautiful! The campground is close to town and makes for easy exploring. The staff was really nice. Didn’t use the bathrooms but laundry was pretty clean. Solid experience.

Laundry and bathrooms clean. Spent 2 nights so we could explore the area with our Jeep. Great Main Street with friendly people and great breakfast at Busy Bee Cafe. Locals recommended to drive up Crazy Woman Canton Road from east to west for best views. Awesome ride. Explored several National Forest campgrounds in area too, but sadly they were full by the time we got there (1pm in a Thursday in July).

Wow, such a nice rv park! Quiet, plenty of shade and such nice staff- an absolute gift. We had plenty of room for our fifth wheel, truck and an extra car in our site. When we checked in, we were escorted to the site and they made sure we were happy with the spot. I mentioned walking the dog and got a detailed suggestion on a nice trail in the rv park to walk. After a long day, we all needed it! We watched several deer grazing. There were cabins and tent sites that looked great too. I had thought about the other 2 rv parks close by but after seeing how close they were to the road I'm so glad I chose this one -it's tucked away from the noise. The next time I travel through, I'll be planning to stay several days. Also, Buffalo has a nice downtown and well worth a visit. If you go, check out the bakery Lolly's.

The owner is so nice and has taken great pride in planting trees, grooming the land and making this a very special place to visit. We are relaxing in a very quiet lot, close to all site amenities yet not bothered by those who are enjoying their visit. The sites have 50amp power, waste connections, site water and cable. Don’t forget to bring your own cable if you want to watch the 23 different channels provided. The water pressure was low but was totally adequate to provide water to the rig for our needs. We found it not to be an issue so no worries. The park is well maintained and shows the love of being family owned. The elderly owners hand planted every tree and nurtured each one to form this beautiful oasis. There is a great nature walking trail on the property that immerses the visitor into the local environment. It is so relaxing. We were greeted promptly and escorted to our lot. The owner spotted us as we backed our 38’ 5th wheel into our site. It was effortless. Each site is well positioned for parking ease with adequate space between guarded with tall mature trees for shade. The positive experience is a reward for selecting Deer Park Campground based on other online reviews and pictures. It definitely lives up to the reviews. Enjoy your visit!

Long term stays are in the back of the park, separate from the overnight section. Our site was huge with plenty of separation from our neighbors. We had a great view into the large field separating us from the freeway (about a quarter mile away) and saw horses, deer, turkey and pronghorns every day. Park wifi was quite good most of the time and we also had excellent Verizon signal. There is a good amount of shade in the park, very nice when summer temps reach the 80's and 90's. Good laundry room, nice pool. Close proximity to town and only about 12 miles to the mountains for cooler temperatures. We would definitely stay here again.

We only stayed overnight to break up a very long drive, but we were pretty impressed by what we saw. Our site was at the end of a row so it was pretty large, other sites were more average in size. Our site was unlevel, requiring some wood blocks under our front wheels. Utilities all worked fine, we had good AT&T signal, and the WiFi performance was one of the best we've encountered anywhere... always functioning and always fast, even in the evening when most campground WiFi slows to a crawl. Kudos to Deer Park for getting this right! There's a nice walking loop trail through a field and some woods, maybe 1/3 mile long, and plenty of other grassy places to walk dogs. There's a small creek through the park but it was low flow and overgrown with algae so not suitable for getting the dogs wet. We didn't have a chance to use the pool or other amenities but the entire park looked clean and well maintained. The area was nice and quiet despite being less than a mile from the interstate. We would definitely return, hopefully for a longer stay next time.
