You can tell they really care for this place and work really hard to make it a nice experience. The bathrooms are very nice with clean updated showers. There is self check in which we personally love. WiFi worked great. Not only do they have a couple rv sites but also have cabins and glamping tents for rent. If you have a bigger rig this isn’t the place for you though. We have a 32ft travel trailer and it was tight getting in our spot. With a little bit of extra time lining things up we got in and hooked up and everything worked great. We’re thankful for this little place.

We are shoehorned into a tight spot with shared utilities (water). Because of this configuration, the hookups are at the front of our rig, driver’s side. No way the sewer hose could make the run (we only carry 15 feet for our truck camper and this has been sufficient until now). So we’ll have to move the rig to dump tanks. Might as well use a dump station. With rigs on each side, we barely have passage when the slide is out. It’s unfortunate. I like the location and proximity to our travel route. They need to space things out here a bit and position the utilities for the convenience of the users, not the owners.

The sites were a little tight, sure, but there was no one beside us. Nice general store, excellent WiFi reception inside camper, and pleasant owners. We were passing through from Montana to the Southeast. Would stay there again.

  • Decent campground near the Big Horn Mountains

This is a very busy road during the day that includes lots of motorcycles. Thankfully, it quiets down at night and we were able to sleep with our windows open. The owners are friendly and helpful. It's a bit overpriced for 30 amp but it's less expensive than the other parks in the area. Sites would be very close if the campground was full which it wasn't when we were there. They advertise big rig access but from our experience that is only true when the park is fairly empty. We would have needed some fancy footwork to get in and out of our site if we had neighbors. They only offer 30 amp electric service. It was pretty hot during the day so we had to police our A/C units and run only one at a time. All sites are gravel. In fact, the park is basically a large gravel lot with utilities placed as site markers. Utilities worked fine although the water had an irony smell. Some sites have shade and some are full sun. We were not able to get Directv in our site due to trees. The WII FI worked ok. It could be slow, and we got kicked off several times. There is no Verizon coverage. Even with the park's booster we only had 1X. It is close to Big Horn and all it has to offer. We would probably stay here again but when it isn't as hot.
