We stayed here for 1 night with full hook-ups for $34.50 with Good Sams. It is a large gravel lot full of pot holes. It was the only thing around in that part of Wyoming on our way home from Maine.

This is essentially a large gravel parking lot with hook ups. Adequate for one night. It did have great dog parks - 3. We got caught is a storm and when we left, there were lakes in front and back of our motor home.Good WIFi.

Someone else reported rate of $25 — that must be for one of the no-hookups sites. Electric-only site is $29, FHU+cable site is $36. And, as someone else reported, they offer a free “gift” if you give them a 5-star review, and show them the review to prove it. Sorry, but that just does not seem right. :-(

That must explain all the 5 star ratings for a dirty, unlevel gravel parking lot. I would have given it 1 star, but it has a dog park, although the doggie waste was literally overflowing onto the ground and laundry facilities, though some of the dryers were not working and not labeled as Out of Order. The picnic tables need some repair. They have a laundromat and that was a plus, but when I went in, another camper was mad because he just paid to use 3 dryers, and two of them didn't heat up. (He discovered that after waiting 20 minutes only to find his clothes were still soaking wet. The site is not that cheap. I've camped in beautiful state parks, under cypress trees for $22 a night. The going rate here is $38. I have solar power and a full fresh water tank so asked for a spot with no hookups. I also got a Good Sam discount and it still cost me $25 to park in what looks like a drive-in movie from the '50's. The place is VERY noisy. There is a field adjacent to my site where kids are riding dirt bikes. Sounds like a nest of angry hornets. The wind blows constantly (I guess that's just how it is in Wyoming) and stirs up the dust from the gravel parking lot. I've stayed at Walmart's with more ambience. I used to live near train tracks, so I find the sound of a train's whistle and clickety-clack a bit soothing (usually) The train noise here is not pleasant. I am really starting to question Campendium user's reviews. The fact that the reviews of this campground use words like "cute," "Clean," and Level sites is total BS. I guess it pays to offer a "free gift" for a dishonest, but positive review.

I really liked that they had fenced, off-leash dog areas. Cell signal was great - we streamed our Roku off our mi-fi with zero problem (Verizon.) I know other reviewers mentioned train noise but I use a white noise machine and earplugs and heard nothing. This is a great spot to stop when traveling though.

It is a very busy park and this area has limited water availability so most campgrounds do not have grass. The park is very busy and All sites are pull through. They have full hookup with cable, Electric only, and dry camping areas. For the overnight visitor this is as near perfect as you will find. We will be staying here again on our return trip. It is far enough from the highway to have no road noise at all. Power is excellent, but wifi seems to be up and down, probably due to bandwidth use.

No highway noise at all, though windy and gusty (welcome to the Wyoming high prairie)Our T-Mobile network Consumer Cellular phones had decent LTE connection. My AT&T network hotspot device had absolutely nothing. And wouldn't until we arrived Salt Lake City. The campground does have a decent free WiFi as long as you don't use graphics heavy websites or try to stream anything. It was enough for email and looking at Google maps.

The spaces are tightly packed together, the only thing separating you from the trailer next to you is a picnic table. This part of Wyoming is windy, and I mean 30-40mph windy. Because it's gravel expect a LOT of dust to be blowing around. It had your standard full hookups, and sites with nothing, just a space to park in. There were some cabins there as well, but at $55 a pop you would be better off sleeping in a tent. The cabins are no frills with bunks, electric, and a small window AC. The positive about this place were the bathrooms, they were spotless. Now the real downside for me was that they advertised a dog park which turned out to be a fenced in area maybe 15x20 feet on the side of a hill going up an incline with nothing but dirt and some sparse weeds. My dogs didn't know what to do as they are accustomed to going on grass. Don't advertise a dog area if it's just dirt!!

The campground is also within walking distance to a pretty decent restaurant Cappys. The food was tasty. We were only going to stay 2nights but ended up staying 7.
