If you are in section K it is considered the satellite friendly section. These are all pull through. New Management is working hard to upgrade facilities and very responsive to any needs we presented. Wifi is currently meager, but they were running new wire as we were there. Cable offer a moderate number of channels. Pool was well maintained. Good laundry facility.

We complained and were told that since the were on the other side of the electrical box, there is nothing they could do and that we could not get a refund. We had no room for our cat and dog. The person next to us also left their sewer hose lay out unconnected and it was an attraction to our cat and dog due to the smell. The campgound is old and run down. We kept blowin circuit breakers until they replaced it. Also, there was a faucet on our site that was running water and had to be repaired. The sites are close together. The wifi is very spotty and is very slow "WHEN IT WORKS". You would do best to avoid this place.

Lots of trees, friendly staff. Laundry open 24/7, small shop to browse in. Very easy in/out access. Accommodates big rigs to tents.
Easy off/on the Interstate. Tidy grounds. Lots of shade. Friendly staff. The creek is a plus.

Grassy areas are mowed and free of weeds. FHU sites should easily accommodate even the biggest rigs and are mostly pull-throughs. Nice and clean swimming pool. Rushing creek with picnic tables along the bank and a large area on the other side for walking the dog (who immediately jumped into the creek to cool off) plus an off-leash dog park. Lovely view of the mountains in the distance. Rather peaceful despite its proximity to the interstate. Well stocked gift shop. Cable TV, laundry. Several restaurants and an ice cream parlor within walking distance, including a good steakhouse just across Hart Street. Also miniature golf nearby. The owners take care of this campground. We are happy here. :)

It would also be a good pace for a longer stay if you want to be in the area for more than just an overnight. The staff is friendly and willing to accommodate your needs. Site sizes vary considerably and they can accommodate big rigs in many of their sites. The utilities all work, they have decent cable TV and Verizon is quite fast. The CG has many trees which provide welcome shade. The campground is far enough from both the highway and main road through town so that the location is very quiet. The KOA down the street is right on the main drag through town and more exposed so it is a bit noisier. We would definitely stay here whenever our travels take us in the area.

This is a neat and clean RV Park. Nice shade trees. Check in staff very friendly. Spot was level and easy to get in and out of for 27 ft Airstream. Free showers. Good stop over point. There is lots of road noise being by the highway and interstate.

Winding, narrow, somewhat rough interior roads. We almost couldn’t make the last turn into the weird site we were assigned. Our site, K7, angled in towards site K6. We were so close to them on the driver side it rendered their picnic table useless. Plus they couldn't extend their awning. There was loads of yard space on the passenger side. The site was fairly level but not enough to use the air levelers so we used the jacks. The WII FI is unusable. You can connect to the WII FI but you can’t get on the internet. Directv satellite worked fine. Verizon 4g 3 bars. We heard traffic noise all night long – maybe the satellite friendly sites are more susceptible but it was extremely intrusive. We would not stay here again.

Clean park with great staff. So much to do and see in the area it will keep you busy. Tall trees around most sites but are easy to get into. Pool, small playground, cable, laundry and wifi.

The author lives in another town but you will find a lot of Longmire stuff in the shops. Lots of history in the area and a wonderful museum. Great places to eat if you want to go out.Verizon was solid. 4 bars 60.45/14.25 Mbps down/up
