We stayed at site 22 (back-in) with full hook-ups. Gravel. Sewage drain slightly higher than the RV. Everything worked very well. Very good communication with Cecilia. Easy to book a site via Paypal. There is no building or person to check in with when you get there, you get the instructions via email. Easy peasy. The site was pretty tidy. There were cigars butts and paper waste still in the fire ring, some dog poo around the perimeter. Sites are a little close together, but we have seen much worse. It is still new and I think there is pride in ownership as they establish themselves. Some sites have very nice trees and bushes. Lots of green spaces. It is backed up against a City park so if you have kids, there is a place to take them. The setting is beautiful and in the evening it was nice and quiet. You can walk to Nelson's Creamery for a delicious lunch or ice cream cone or get all fancy with wine and cheese. We went to Nelson's with our two dogs, I sat at the outside patio and my wife went in and ordered for us. They brought the food to our table. We got two sandwiches, small salads, a cup of soup and two drinks. It was too much. We should have shared the Dieters sandwich (delish). The evening before we walked to a very good BBQ restaurant and had chicken and pork ribs (yum!) then walked over to the corner bar for a drink before heading back to the RV. It was a good weekend! Note: The wifi was not that good, so bring a book. There is a very nice building that has showers/toilets and coin-operated washing machines ($2 for a load of wash), but that is it. Very basic stay. Would we go back? Sure

Nelson's Landing RV park is located right in town and sits below a large bluff. The campground is very well maintained (many new trees have been recently planted). We had a full hook-up site. No complaints except for the trains that run through town regularly blaring their horns. Be sure to hike up the bluff trails and visit Nelson Creamery.
