Was concerned when we saw last review but with no cell service and dark curvy road saw that there were spaces available so took our chances. Office was closed but camp host told us to just pick a spot and pay in the morning. We have a 40ft motorhome with our tow car. There were many large pull through options. Our site was easy to access and were could stay hooked up. Nice full hook up site. It was dark! However after all the parking lot style RV parks we’ve been in it was nice to see the stars. In the morning we could really see around beautiful location. Park very clean and in good repair. Bathroom and showers clean. Husband used at night and bath house was open with no code needed. Nice store with food, ice cream and souvenirs. Personnel very friendly. When I asked to pay she said “no problem no charge” that was a nice surprise. There are cabins, rooms and train cars as other options but we were quite happy with our location. Would definitely stay again.

We stayed at Fremont Indian State Park earlier this year and loved it but wanted to explore the area a little more. There is so much to do near Richfield, Utah- specific bike and ATV trails, hiking, canoeing- it's really great.We loved the Train car rooms provided by this "resort" but the $150 a night price tag was too steep for our short trip. We opted for a "tent site" instead.We arrived at 10:30pm due to a flat tire that needed total replacement- huge mistake. The office for the resort closes at 8pm and the reservation office is actually in Las Vegas so we arrived and had no idea where we were supposed to set up for the night. After 30 minutes of clueless wandering through their small and dimly lit grounds we went back to the office and noticed a customer service phone next to the front door of the store. By then we had already found a fire ring on a lawn next to what we thought was employee housing on the left hand side of the park and decided this was our spot and they could ask us to move in the morning if they wanted to. Other RV grounds prevent this by tacking a map onto their bulletin board or to the front door of their office with the reservation name and a circle in the allowed area. We set up and tried to find some bathrooms but since there isn't a single direction sign anywhere in the campground we had no idea where to look. We only found out the next day that the house we were right next to is the "communal Rec Room and Shower" but it was locked and all lights were turned off. We had to walk 10 minutes to the bathroom in the other end of the park to use the restroom- so FUN when traveling with a 6 year old! Why they can't install a digital code lock and email that to people who reserve a space I will never understand.This place is run down and neglected. The bathroom in the right end of the park had water pooling under the toilet and not hot water. There is no cell phone access due to the location and the campground does not offer wifi.The noise from the road right next to the resort is incredibly loud as it's mostly truck traffic at night.The camp spot we found was grassy and had a fire ring. There is a large parking spot and a tree that shades your tent during the morning.I don't recommend this place to anyone but ATV fans and RV campers. This area has beautiful trails so if you don't mind traffic noise at night this is the place for you.
