We made a reservation for a spot four months in advance, and had to cancel our trip. Called two months before we were going to be there and the woman on the phone said "We are sticking with our no-cancellations policy". Hard to believe they have NO cancellations available, no chance of even a partial refund.No chance we would ever patronize this place in the future, and it's pretty disappointing from a customer service perspective.
