The first impression was fantastic, we were very impressed when we drove in at the overall condition of the park was excellent. The staff were all great to deal with and made every effort to keep the place spotless and neat. We had a pull through at the front of the park that was fairly easy to get into with our 34 Travel Trailer. There was enough room between the sites that you did not feel crowded and most of the sites. They had clean and neat bathrooms and showers along with a nice laundry area. The location is an easy drive to Mount Washington and other attractions. The main road is a somewhat noisy, but generally by nightfall it quieted down. Sights are generally level and gravel covered pads. We would recommend this site.

Clean, manicured, some grassy areas. Restrooms very well kept. Good camp store, ice and cheap firewood. Our spot was huge, full hookups, no view. Only reason to not return for us was the number of kids and large dogs. Rather noisy early evening at our location. Many huge rigs that could negotiate the roads. Near the nice town of Lancaster. Also close to Santa Village.

You have a lake, and woods, and amenities, what more can you want? We had a site close to the front of the park. There are rules that keep everyone happy and the park was well maintained. Wifi is provided however all streaming services are blocked so it does not overload the system. Verizon and ATT had great signal and I was able to work and stream from ATT. On MiMO I got 30+ upload and around 15 download.

It is probably located a little too far north for such exploring, but it's still a good starting point. This campground is VERY WELL taken care of by nice owners. They were very accommodating t our requests. We had our mail forwarded here and they made sure they picked it up from the post office on the day it arrived. The campground is well maintained. The sites closest to the road might be a little tight for big rigs and you will experience road noise. But they have a lovely view of the lake. We ended up at the back of the campground down in a valley due to our size. It was very easy to get in and out our site and no road noise was heard. The site was grassy with a gravel pad, a bit of shade. There are some seasonal sites, but they are well kept up.The pool is excellent with a slide the kids would love. The laundry room has 2 washers and 2 dryers. We didn't use the restroom facilities. The WiFi was very good and accessible most of the time. We would experience an occasional slowdown. Verizon 4G was very strong. All in all, this is a great campground. It didn't get 5 stars due to the sometimes variable WiFi and the road noise at the front campsites. But we would definitely stay here again.
