Perfect small town campground for a quick stopover when traveling through southern Wisconsin. The small township of Gratiot has converted a relatively large parcel of its village into a campground for weary travelers to stop over and get a good night's rest. All sites appear to have water, and both 30 & 50 amp hook-ups are available, though 50 amp is only at about half the sites. Sewer dump is about 1/4 mile away, off Hwy 11. The campsite is adjacent to the town's athletic field and straddles a small creek. A former rail line converted to biking/ATV/ hiking trail (Rails to Trails) also runs next to the campground. Brand new (Free) shower and bathroom facility is onsite as well. Very strong ATT signal w/o booster. Little noise from Hwy 11, but not that bothersome. Overall, would definitely stop here again.
