It is extremely conveniently located and lovely, with a large, open central camping area for RVs and several forested side rings. The campground used to be an apple orchard, and there are still apple trees throughout the property. Sites have water (great pressure) and electricity only, and there is a dump station and the owners provide pump out services ($15 if at a regularly scheduled time or $25 if not). The campground recently changed hands and the new owners are upgrading - the plumbing and electric circuit breakers look relatively new, and they were upgrading sites (leveling, trimming bushes, putting in plantings) while I was here. The owners are friendly and helpful (I was traveling alone with a 27 foot trailer, and the owner helped me back in at my spot), and clearly want to make this a premier camping location.Lots of families with lots of things for kids to do, but still surprisingly quiet. I’ll be coming back again with my wife for sure.

Both are picked up daily. There is a dumpsite on site. Clean restroom and shower facilities are available. There are laundry facilities as well. The campground is very close to Fish Creek and an easy bike ride into town. There is a very steep hill coming back out of Fish Creek toward the campground. The entrance to a very nice bike trail in Peninsula State Park is less than 1 mile from the campground. Each site is provided with picnic table and fire ring. Sites are pull-through, gravel and reasonably level. Sites are very close together. About half the RV sites have some shade and the others are in full sun. The power pole at our site did not contain any circuit breakers. There was no way to shut off power when connecting and disconnecting. Most of the sites are pull through and would accommodate larger vehicles. Water and electricity are available at each site. None of the sites have sewer hook up. Our power pole had only 20 and 30 amp service which is what we needed. I don’t know if 50 amp service is available. Firewood and ice are for sale at the campground office. There are also snacks and other basic supplies available. There is a grocery store with limited water terms n Fish Creek, and a Piggly Wiggly in Sister Bay about 8 miles away.Fish Creek Campground is currently for sale.
