Clean, looks like mostly seasonal...Not a typical campground, looks more like a nice residence with land on a beautiful lake that they turned into a campground. I am a single guy traveling in a sprinter cargo van, would have been the only one like me there... too ackward. T-mobile 2-4 bars...
