He lives in a 2 story house in the middle of the RV park and he is constantly walking around and looking at every site. I am sure there is people that like that but not me. Very windy all the time. Too many full time people living on site. The spaces by the beach are one on top of each other. Very little privacy.

Just down Dyke Access road exit from Walmart. But, it wasn’t until after I paid that I found out that I could not use the sewer. Apparently their one of many rules is that you have to have a completely closed sewer hose. I have a 2020 Winnebago which has a macerator and the macerator hose is three times smaller than a regular sewer hose. Therefore, it’s not a closed system. Its a drop-in.If you have a macerator hose instead of the normal sewer hose, you are out of luck here. Go somewhere else. But if you don’t mind that inconvenience, its a nice over night spot.

We readily agreed. It was a good choice. We had a view out the front of the trailer that was great! You can watch large ships traverse the Columbia River. We watched many people fishing as the salmon was running. Unfortunately, the restrooms and laundry room was closed. The only negative was one evening someone on the river just to the north fell out of their kayak and was not found. There were a couple of police/fire boats and a Coast Guard helicopter searching.WiFi was decent, not good enough to stream reliably. AT&T was excellent as the tower is just across the river.

Big and small boats go by and some wildlife. Most sites have water views. There’s a huge lovely lawn but it is used mostly as a dog toilet, so the desire to use it for something else fades quickly. Very efficient reservation and check in systems. It’s quiet also.

Our site local wasn't great being 10 feet from office and laundry room. The smell from the dryers was a little overwhelming day after day being so close, however the rest of the park made up for that. It is a bit tight, with no privacy between sites, but then again the views were amazing, the grounds well manicured, the dog area fantastic and proximity to Portland great! . The beach is great for driftwood and shells. The beach firepits had wood provided as well as chairs for ship watching. The pool, laundry room, showers were spotless. Very refreshing. Every aspect of this park was well thought out. A word of caution, the beach has an abundance of broken glass. We suggest shoes for everyone!

We like the rules. They keep this beautiful place from looking like a homeless camp like most of the other RV parks in the area. Everyone was very nice to us. Didn’t find any crabby people in the office.

WiFi was very good. This was not a "campground", more like an RV parking lot. But it worked well for a base for visiting and touring in the area. I found the ladies in the office to be helpful when making my reservation and efficient when checking in. Our site had a good view of the Columbia River. My only negative relates to the sewer connection. It was at the rear of the site, required an extension, and was just a few inches lower than the trailer outlet. Not convenient, but workable.

The park itself was not bad at all. Gorgeous views of the Columbia River! A large pet walk area. Big rig friendly. The electric poles are shared however so whichever neighbor arrives first has their choice of 50amp or 30amp. We couldn't reach our sewer without pulling into the road. The electric poles are shared however so whichever neighbor arrives first has their choice of 50amp or 30amp. We couldn't reach our sewer without pulling into the road. The ladies in the office were very rude on the phone and not much better in person. I'm not sure that I would stay here again. It was expensive and not really worth what we got for the price. But I must add that the Walmart is really close and it was THE nicest Walmart I've ever been to!

From the very first phone call to make the reservation to the check in and out, the office staff was quite curt and short, just short of rude. I can see why this park gets good rates as the amenities and grounds are outstanding. The grass is lush and full and heavily watered even in an extreme drought. The beachfront access and beach is amazing. However, behold the RULES!The rules are HEAVILY enforced when making the reservation on the phone and even more so in person. While I don't have too much problem with the rules, as we always abide by them, the way they are enforced seems a little excessive. They do not mince any words and go over them with a fine tooth comb - all 2 pages of fine print! She stated that if you even park a tiny hair over the grass line they will make you move and don't even think about your dog barking - even once. They strictly say barking dogs are not allowed on-line and in their printed rules. Now, when do dogs not bark? We don't allow ours to bark more than just a first few barks of hello because we don't like it either but how can you stop them from completely barking? They also do not state anywhere on line or any of their literature, but they charge $2 a day for 3 dogs or more. Also, they repeatedly state that dogs cannot be off leash and the leash must be in your hands at all times. HOWEVER, that must not apply to the people who work here as we repeatedly saw someone driving a golf cart on the grass with two dogs in the cart. This person would throw a tennis ball ahead of the cart about 25 feet and then the dogs would jump out and run after the ball, get back in the cart and start over again.Rates include up to 4 people. If you have 5 or 6 or any visitors, they are charged a daily use fee. Also, you are only allowed 6 people at any one RV, including registered guests and visitors, including children. I feel sorry for large families who are not allowed to stay here. They also charge for extra vehicles. I do not like places that nickel and dime you to death. The noise is non-existent except for the ships passing by and this is in beautiful farmland so there isn't any other noise. Wifi is marginal as it would always die and lock up for extended periods. AT&T Cellular had 4 bars. This park would be a 5 if they had nice, courteous, welcoming staff and loosened up a bit.
