If we hadn't previously met the owner, we wouldn't have known this park was open for business. I called to let him know that we would be staying the night and he showed up around 6pm to collect payment. There was only one other rig there when we stayed, and I think it was just being stored. There was some noise from the road and from the nearby cows, but otherwise we had a comfortable stay. No cell service.
