But I will say, the camp grounds are very well maintained. Every site has grass and they don't want matts put down to ensure that it stays lush and green. Plus they want pads put down as well for jack stands, which makes total sense, even on the asphalt.Check-in was easy, although they do take a lunch break it appears... we arrived right at the tail end of it so we didn't have to wait too long to get checked in. We were upgraded to a pull through site, which was way better than the back-in site we originally had. Further, we were delayed a day on our arrival and they were very understanding and supportive... no issues whatsoever! The pull-through site we were stationed was very long... easily 60ft. We are kinda stacked close to neighbors but it wasn't a problem and everyone around us was super nice.Something to be aware of, the facility is pet friendly, but only if you have certain breeds of dog. We discovered (fortunately) that they do not allow German Shepherd Dogs as well as other breeds. I get it... it's unfortunate, but I get it. I just want people to be aware that if you're coming here with pets, check with them to be sure that your breed of dog is welcome.Overall, this is a great location and RV Park and we'd certainly stay here again when we come back to Walla Walla.

This location has everything this Class B RV needed, electric and a water spigot to fill up at. The lot is partially full and quiet. Shower and bathroom were spotless. Lots of reminders to keep it clean.

  • Pretty expensive and the bathrooms were closed.

Clean and tidy but no recycling. Seems pretty expensive for few amenities and no service. COVID blamed for closed bathrooms despite much lower use than rest areas.

  • Well maintained, not for families

No bathrooms or showers due to COVID and the water has been turned off for winter. Staff was nice and the grounds are very well maintained. I felt it was overpriced given the lack of water and amenities, and the sites are very close to one another, even for an RV park. What bothered me most, though, were several rules and policies against families: 1) you’re charged extra per person, they even charged us for our 9 month old baby and 2) There are several rules against playing of any kind anywhere in the park, including writing in chalk on your own site even if you wash it away. We definitely got the feeling this was an old timers club so we went elsewhere.

I've stayed at "resort" rv parks at a comparable price that had a pool, more spacious sites, etc. That said, this place was well maintained, and the showers and bathrooms were nice (and free). Wifi was very spotty, so don't count on it. Verizon 4G on your own data plan will be better. Cable TV was fine. Check in was easy. The sites are really pretty tightly packed in, and in the center loop, they are back to back. With some long-term residents, you are eating next to someone's sewer hookup, which I don't enjoy. The shrubs between sites don't really provide a lot of privacy or mask that view. I'm sure some sites in the outer loop are better, but they cost more because they are 50 amp. If I stayed again, I would make sure I was on the outer loop even though I don't need the additional amperage. We were in the inner loop and on what was probably an afterthought for a campsite--a rounded grassy area at the end of the row, no concrete or gravel, and very little room for a table. Wild Turkeys wander through the RV park which is kind of fun. If you have kids, they might like the menagerie of fake animals (bulls, a cougar, a bear, etc.) The real plus on this place for us was the off-leash dog park down the road a quarter mile. It is worth the walk and much larger than the "pet exercise area" which is actually quite small. The dog park has a large and small side, so you can bring your german shepherd or chihuahua and find separate spaces if needed.

The majority of the sites are back-in and we had plenty of room for our 25 ft Airstream Flying Cloud. Each site had a picnic table, regular hook-ups, and cable TV. The internet provided by the campground was spotty and we had a difficult time connecting when the camp ground was full. However, our Verizon hot spots worked very well for routine internet access. We have 2 dogs and took them around for walks around the campground in the morning and evening. There is a great dog park located less than 0.5 miles away which had plenty of room for both large and small dogs.
