I stayed here with a membership and why it was not too expensive. When I arrived I had thought it was going to be a miserable stay. The person checking me in was angry at the world, so it seemed, and I was included in the world. Was weird they had so many sites cordoned off where you could not stay. With the staff being "so hospitable" I wasn't going to ask why the best sites were unavailable. I did find one but it was pretty unlevel. A number of the other sites were also unlevel. This is kind of weird as the CG is generally in a level area. They do have planks of wood for you to use to try and get level though. It is off the beaten path but near a reservoir and that is the attraction here. Fishing and boating is the thing to do. I was there in summer and it was hot. Close to 100 every day. Glad I had 50A service because both ACs would start around 9AM and run until 7PM constantly. Bathhouse was dated but kept clean. Most of the spots seemed to be seasonals/annuals and they did seem to keep they better than most CGs with a large annual population.Verizon worked well for me. DL 30-40mbps and UL was a bit finicky at .49-17mbps. Didn't even check ATT as big red worked very well when I arrived and needed to balance out some usage across my plans :)The sites are large as they cater to RVers with multiple vehicles and boats/watercraft.There is some road noise and it does start around 4AM. After 7PM though it dissipated. 30+ mins to a store (Walmart) and thats in Moses Lake or Othello. The grass is watered regularly and is green and lush It is mowed weekly and they warn you to remove any items from the grass before hand.Overall it was a decent stay even though first impressions were to the contrary. I would stay again if I needed to be in this general area. Price trumps a lot of things!

Large spaces 50 amp at designated locations.Big enough for my 38’ 5th wheel trailer and truck. Parked on gravel with plush lawns with a good distance between campers.
