We arrived at Neah Bay on the Friday of the Labor Day long weekend knowing very well that our chance to snatch of the 10 seaside campsites at Hobuck RV resort were slim. We also knew that Hobuck allowed people to camp in a field down the road near the sea (but no sea view) for $20/night with dry camping (with access to outhouses and showers), but by 3 pm on the Friday, it was already a zoo (the campsites are not marked, it's an open field and it looked more like a music fest than a campground), so we went and checked the Hide-Away RV Park, a new little RV park down the road. It isn't exciting... at first, we thought it was an RV storage place, but we needed to dump and fill and wanted to be at Neah Bay for a few nights, so we decided to stay. It was much more quiet than it would have been at Hobuck and we could easily walk to the beach (100 yards) and our section of beach was much more quiet than Hobuck's. There is a shower in a building (the hot water is reversed, don't do like my girls and take a cold shower thinking there is no hot water). They are building a little espresso cabin at the campground. There are also dry camping sites at the back that are bigger and nicer for $20 (but no dump on site, so make sure you come ready to dry camp if you want those).The road that leads to Neah Bay is pretty twisty and bumpy (freeze heaves), so secure everything in your rig before driving it and take your time. It's well worth it. Make sure you go to Cape Flattery through the beautiful 1.5 mile hike, it's the NW tip of the Continental US. You need to buy a Makah Reservation Pass before in town.
