Same as everyone else said.... a lovely site if it wasn't so close to the freeway and rail line.

We only stayed one night passing through but this RV Resort was one of the nicest ones I've ever stayed in. Immaculate with the greenest lush grass you can imagine. My boxer was in heaven.

The camp hosts were friendly, the campground is probably the cleanest and most modern looking that we have been to. All sites were paved, well sign posted and the hookups were in great condition. Only downside for me would be the lack of privacy (trees, shrubs, etc) between sites but you get plenty of room. You are not packed in like sardines as you would be at most other campgrounds.

On top of everything being foreign and new, we were denied public bathrooms and pool usage because of COVID19...but we loved every minute of our stay. The resort is very clean, the site was well maintained, and utilities are easy to access. Our dog loved the fully enclosed areas to run and do her buisness. Our three young boys played safely in the 7 mph drive paths. There was even a camper with a dirt bike that tried to speed through and he was confronted and stopped very quickly. Besides the annoyance from the noise, this is very reassuring from a parental standpoint as well. We will definitley come back when things open back up to fully experience all that the resort has to offer. I know that we do not have anything to compare the review to, but I don't know how things could get better unless there was an ocean or other natural attraction nearby.

This is our second time at CSRVR...lots of amenities. Clean, okay immaculate, pet friendly with wonderful staff. We were just passing through and Kennewick is a great stop over for one night. My only demerit is there is road noise from the highway at night but nothing that is aggregous. Our pooch loves the doggie parks too!!!

The guests we saw were all very friendly, waving and stopping to chat. The park really was super clean, except for a puffy hair band and a few cigarette butts at our site. They blended into the gravel a bit, so were probably hard to see. The pool was open even in late April (most in Washington don't open until Memorial Day) and there was karaoke, ice cream socials, free pancakes on Saturday mornings, and wine and food pairing potlucks. Even though it's right off the freeway, and there's a train track down the road, the noise was very low from both. There's one small tree in each site and I bet they'll provide some decent shade in a few more years. The gravel pads are well-kept and fairly level - and we are now completely spoiled for water pressure. The location is in a semi-rural scrub/semi-commercial area with nice views of the hills and evergreen trees planted all around the perimeter of the park. Richland and Kennewick are short 10-15 minute drives away and Pasco, with its planetarium and observatory, are about a 25 minute drive.

  • Rate reflects Passport America discount. Nice place to catch up with laundry and rest after a long days drive from Lake Mahleur

We had a nice gravel pull-through: angled sites, 50 amp, newer park with swimming pool and hot tub, pool table and ping pong. Kennewick has a lovely bike trail along the Columbia river. Some distant train noise, but not bothersome.

Great gift shop with cute items, snacks and friendly staff. No permanent residents at this park that I am aware of. They have a nice pool area and a very nice and large event center/common room. The grounds are nice, spacing between sites is like most typical rv parks, so not much privacy but not overly cramped. Trees are still small as well, so not a lot of shade yet. You will be able to see and hear the freeway, but you will most likely also hear coyotes and see numerous jackrabbits and hawks. There is a busy train line down the raod, but if camping in an RV, it shouldn't be a problem. Great access to freeway and to the center of Kennewick/Richland. Be sure to get your morning coffee at Bager Canyon Coffee Co by the roundabout.

Their dog parks are some of the smallest I have experienced, but they do let you run your dog off leash on the disk golf course and you can wander off to the adjacent undeveloped land.It was a treat to have a park with mega wide and paved roads (finally, no billowing dust storms from cars wandering the rv park). I found all of the staff to be great. For example, I arrived 15 min after closing without a reservation, but since they were still milling around they took me in without any complaint and took the time to 'talk to me' about area.I too find it a bit pricey, but the rate is only fractionally higher than the competition and the monthly rate (starting at 500/mo + electricity) is in my opinion a fair price. I have paid a lot more in Colorado Springs. Sure, I too find it disappointing to charge me a pet fee.The bathrooms are amazing. Love having a private and secure 100 sq foot room with shower, sink and toilet. Wish I could adjust the water temp and didn't have to keep hitting the shower power to keep water running, but for me it is a minor inconvenience. Biggest downside? It is next to a busy residential/industrial road and the freeway is just beyond that road. The early morning commuters had me up pretty early on the days I was sleeping with the window open. They offer free basic cable and wifi, which I found was capable of handling video streaming well. Here are my speed test results (ping/download/upload) from my MIFI devices:tmobile (29,24,8)verizon w/ MIMO (48,73,34)verizon w/o MIMO (48,112,34)

Very nice campground. Super friendly people that work here. Nice large spaces lots of grass. Downside is, no shade trees whatsoever but hate to camp here in the summer. Also felt price was awfully high. And they do charge three dollars a day for each pet

Clean, okay immaculate, pet friendly with wonderful staff. We choose Kennewick Wa for our first old dude retirement trip. Met a group of friends from 2 states to celebrate the hubsters birthday/retirement. Have friends who live on Canyon Lakes Golf So there was plenty to do for everyone in the TriCities area. Our 12 person group did Wine tasting, farmers markets, golfing, bicycling and lazing by the pool. We had a great spot with a concrete pad, full hookup, picnic table and rocking bench. All the sites are spacious and angled for more privacy. Nice landscaping with grass at every site, 2 off leash doggie areas, three bathrooms with showers and laundry.Only downside was done road noise at night.Great place! Would definitely come back again.
