Basic, but very nice. Good view from up the hill. Quiet and clean. Gravel sites with full hookups. Might be kinda hot in the peak of summer, but we were here in May, so all good! Power lines overhead. But in this area what would you expect? All in all, good little spot to stop!
No frills park with a great location

Needed a place to park for the night so we could explore Grand Coulee Dam, the largest dam in the USA! As it was going to be HOT, also needed electric for a/c and this park fit the bill. Upon arrival, Dennis quickly greeted us and shared the history of the dam using pictures on the wall of the office. He then escorted us to our pull-through site up on the hill. Gravel parking, FHU (clean power), wooden picnic table, and nice views. No cable or over-the-air channels but hubby's satellite worked well with the clear sky (no trees). WiFi was free and worked well (only 2 other campers on the hill with us). You are surrounded by power lines but they don't hum so no bother to us.Park is easily accessible off the main highway (not very busy mid-week) with easy-to-see sign and lights at night (there is a laser show on the water flowing over the dam at night). Five minutes to a dam overlook in one direction (be sure to drive out there, amazing views), and five minutes to the visitor center and town, which has a Safeway, a few restaurants, an Indian casino, and several parks for picnics and walks. The old bridge in town offers great history about the dam and views. We appreciated the comfortable, quiet campground to spend the night while on our full-time RV adventure!
