We have enjoyed each time coming to Camp Lakeview. There is a heavy mix of RV and tent sites and the RV sites are a little close for my liking ,but not a deal breaker. Most of the RV sites have full hook ups and have good rates. This is also what we refer to as a "hybrid park" where you have short term camping and long term living, which never really bothered us much the couple of times we have been here. Plenty for kids to do with playgrounds , basketball court, horseshoe pits and great summer lake swimming /boating access. They also have a private lake on the back side of the campground (Across the street) that you can go on a couple of trails and explore ,which we really enjoyed. I would assume peak summer this place is really busy, but is a nice peaceful stay any time of the year. We come here at least once a year and will continue to do so as its really close for a quick getaway.
