There were a lot of permanent residents so not a lot of space for visitors. Location was convenient, but the park was nothing special. It sort of felt like the owners were trying to squeeze as many spots as possible and do as little as possible which made it feel overpriced to me.
Not impressed for the price, it should be under 20.00

This is the only RV park, so they get away with charging to much for what it is.
The layout was interesting. tiered RV sites up a hill. Some trees for shade.

They advertise wifi, but the first three days none at all. Day four it was on and off (almost more frustrating because you keep hoping it will work.) When I mentioned it to the office staff that wifi was important for me to plan my upcoming stays, I got a very rude response"Well, I'll reboot the modem" There was no swimming pool as other reviewer mentioned - at least not on site.Laundry was clean and neighbors were friendly.
Unique layout

Price includes our Good Sam Discount. As usual, we got the last site (thanks to having a small trailer I'm sure). Took advantage of the laundry room (pretty nice, $2.00 wash/ 50 cents to dry).
