Tent sites are not number, you have no idea were your campsite is... They don't have any staff to make sure people are camped in the right spot and allow other campers to take 3 spots. Other campers are allowed to take your picnic table and fire pits. The sites are overgrown with bushes and shrubs, not all sites that appear to have access to fish you can actually fish from. Staff is rude and unapologetic for their mistakes. This Resort is packed and I mean packed with campers, you have no privacy what's so ever.. When I asked for a refund because of the terrible experience I had, I was ignored. This resort is leased from the State of Wa, there is no clear owner so good luck actually talking to somebody.

Upon arrival we were charged a $25 early arrival fee for showing up an hour before our check in time. The staff was untrained so the unruly campers at the resort walked all over them causing a bunch of safety concerns along with disruptions to surrounding campers. Most every evening drunk patrons would drive their golf carts around the loops with radios blasting until the wee hours of the morning. After confronting the staff they stated they have no authority to stop them and are fearful of those patrons. Upon that statement I asked to speak with the Manger or owners, and I received a similar response from all the employees, “ To be honest they aren’t here much, so there is no real leadership we are just trying to figure out things on our own, they don’t really give us direction.” This was a very common theme amongst the staff. On our last day I was able to talk with the general manager (JJ) who listen to my concerns, yet blew them off, and seemed put out by me and my group. Overall the grounds were in disrepair, and lacked any sort of routine maintenance, I would not recommend this place to anyone.

We visited in July, so prime camping time. The campground was completely full. (Too full in my opinion) There was virtually no privacy and it was so noisy all night until about 3am. The bees were horrible and we had a sewage aroma the entire stay. We stayed here because there was no where else. I wish there were more good things to say...moreWe visited in July, so prime camping time. The campground was completely full.
