This is a smaller park which is quiet, clean and very well run. The owners are upgrading the facility and care about the guests having a good stay. We would stay here again with no hesitation.

  • Perfect location and great owners!

It's a beautiful little campground nestled in between lush green trees and when the ocean fog sneaks in, it's absolutely an experience to have!!!!The owner, Scott, was a pleasure to talk to. He was out every time a new family came in to ensure they get to there spot with ease and constantly checks on his campgrounds making sure everything runs smoothly. He is in the process of giving his entire campground a facelift and adding new amenities...so it's a beautiful campground needless to say. They bathrooms are modern and clean (paid showers...25cents gives you about 5 minutes which seems short, but was more than enough to have a long shower for only 50 cents). There are fire rings and picnic tables with each site. There's a common fire area too with chairs. All sites are back in. Our site was on a fairly leveled grass area. All sites are electric and water only. There is a dump station right on the property (which after calling a few places with electric and water only, this property was the only one with a dump station on site). There is also two deep sinks by the restrooms to wash clams?, but people staying in tents can use it for washing their dishes. Scott is also adding another sink on the property solely for dishwashing. We were staying in our RV, but Scott was nice enough to show us the rooms that property has to rent out....and my my must i say they were like walking into a modern airbnb in a city! beautiful upgrades and very clean!!!!Biggest plus was that we were about .5 miles from the ocean!! At night you can hear the ocean waves, it's that close :)We had full 5 bars on our AT&T phones. Will definitely be staying here again whenever we are back in the area!

The campground is behind the motel, so it was very quiet. Sites are gravel and grass and back up to the woods. Picnic table and fire pit provided. Owners were very friendly. Our site was a little small for our 25 foot trailer and truck. Bathrooms are newly remodeled.

  • New owners are great!

Scott and Patty are incredibly nice and they are putting a lot of time and money into refreshing the place and adding new amenities. Electric and water hookups available. RV sites have no individual waste hookups, but they have a caddy for emptying grays if you hate moving your rig to deal with that like me. Reception was perfectly adequate for zoom video calls on AT&T. Bathrooms were refinished recently. Fresh furnishings in all the hotel rooms (we saw Patty working on them round the clock). The town of Seabrook a few miles north has some nice new restaurant options.
