Lots of shade here with picnic tables and large grassy areas. We requested the back of the park, away from the freeway so the road noise was not bothersome. However, being away from the freeway put us close to the train tracks which was quite loud and shook our trailer. But the trains only run 6 or 7 times per day and never at night so that wasn’t a problem either. Wi-fi was very slow.

Stayed here two nights whilst visiting Mt St Helens. No problems at all. The noise was no trouble for us, but if you are picky, it might be a bother. We weren't able to play frisbee golf because the ball shack kept closing on us. Other than that, it was just what we needed.Oh, and private bathrooms/showers which is a plus.

Had problems with water spicket on arrival (10:00pm) and they came right out and fixed. Short distance to Mtn Saint Helens and an hour from Portland. Lots of freeway noise on one side of property with the main railway from Seattle to Portland on the other. Guessing 15 trains in a 24 hr period.trailer rocked and rolled every time. Very well cared for with lots of activities, frisbee golf, nightly outdoor movies, pool, hot tub, and more. Small grocery store well stocked with camping supplies.

Stores and restaurants are next exit but if you need more go about ten miles south to Long View which has plenty of shopping and restaurants. Back to the park...it’s nestled on one side to highway and other to railroad. There are areas in trees to camp and a more open area if you’d like satellite. This place is grassy with gravel sites. If you want a fire ring, ask. Not all sites have them but they are well constructed stone and rock. We had full hook ups with great WiFi. There is plenty for kids to do here as well. There is a large pool and spa as well as saunas. Bathrooms are individual and very nice. There is a large fire pit area for groups. They also have quite a few picnic areas for groups. There is a covered area where they host movie nights a few days a week. They sell tiny homes as well to customize as you like. All in all one of our top five rv parks.

Needed a location that would be convenient for visiting both cities without the hassle of being in the city. This was great. If you don't like street noise or train noise you won't like it here I'm not bothered by either. After a few nights I didn't notice the highway noise at all. Hot tub was nice to come home too but closed too early. Everyone I dealt with on staff was super nice. Betty who greeted me at the welcome gate always made me smile. Site was grass but very level. Hookups easy to access. Wifi was great except when weekend crowds were there.
