In the heart of Bentonville (as in…don’t expect to be in a quaint forest in seclusion). The Van/class B/Class B+ spots are perfect if you want to be near all Bentonville has to offer. The property was recently renovated and well maintained. Community fire pit with wood, large grill with propane, fun outdoor shower, bike repair tools and bike wash are super cool. You’re kinda close to your neighbor, but after a fun days of riding you’re to tired to even notice. Laundry facility is nice. Maybe the only con is the bathroom is a port-a-pottie, but it seems to be serviced regularly. Verizon 5G service.
