Upon arrival, a thunderstorm was bearing down. ‘You can check in later, let’s get you set up before the storm hits.’ He led us to the site and helped us get in, in the pouring rain and thunder. Throughout our stay, staff was very responsive. A huge plus.This park is probably 50% long-termers. We needn’t have worried. Throughout our stay, staff was very responsive. A huge plus.This park is probably 50% long-termers. We needn’t have worried. Every site is neat and uncluttered, no junk. The sites are close together, but not the tightest I have seen. Laundry facilities less than 200 feet away. Full hookups and cable tv (albeit only 4 channels) make this a bargain.

We took our new camper out to this campground for our maiden voyage. Level sites, cement patio, clean facilities, rec-room, and a friendly host. Big rig to tent campers welcome, year round and seasonal residents were friendly. We could not have asked for a better place to spend our first nights. Bath house clean and in good repair. Even had a couple of cabins for rent.
Wonderful owners. Great spot.

We stopped here for a few nights on our way down from the Smokies. The spot was large enough for us, but close to the noisy road (didn't bother us too much). The owners are super nice, helpful, and a pleasure to talk to. This place is open year round with only a few full-time living on property. The spot was large enough for us, but close to the noisy road (didn't bother us too much). The owners are super nice, helpful, and a pleasure to talk to. This place is open year round with only a few full-time living on property. Only a few minutes outside of Franklin. The activities cabin was super cute with books, games, a pool table, and more. ATT service was spotty. Cell had none but hotspot with external antenna had 1 bar LTE.
