Date of Visit = Sept. 2021The above phone is incorrect, correct # is 218-252-0044, and you'll want to call ahead since there are only eight RV spaces, most of which are occupied by seasonal campers, and a large tent lawn appeared available. If you do get a site, you'll enjoy full hookups, direct access to the 49-mile paved Heartland Trail, a cute 18-hole mini-golf course ($5), and delicious ice cream. There are a few restaurants (the town sign boasts Dorset as the Restaurant Capitol) but we didn't visit any (limited hours/seasonal.)
Small tourist town city campground adjacent to famed Heartland Trail for biking through Minnesota's northern Lake Country.

A quaint small town of Dorset has a small c/g located near its city center and adjacent to the paved Heartland Trail which access to many miles of biking and walking through Minnesota's Lake Country. It is a gravel based parking area for RV overnights with water and 30 amp electric. Nothing fancy, but in a great location if you want to bike through north central Minnesota's vacationland. We didn't try the Internet access.
