Gorgeous fall leaves. Arrived on Sunday of Columbus Day weekend. Sites feel small when park is full. Emptied out on Monday. Nice quiet week. Bathrooms clean. WiFi pretty worthless, constantly dropping if it would even connect. Could not even check email. ATT hotspot also constantly dropping even with 3-4 bars. Verizon was ok. Manchester and Dorset are nice towns. Plan to return. Just plan a truck route into the green mountains that takes low bridges into account.

Pretty park and despite last reviewer our booking process was easy. Personnel were friendly and helpful. Nice trees and reasonable spacing. We did have one problem in that the first site we were given R7 which was ideal the electric didn’t work. Went to the office and they gave us a choice of sites. We did have one problem in that the first site we were given R7 which was ideal the electric didn’t work. Went to the office and they gave us a choice of sites. For ease we backed Into the one behind us. One other challenge was there are a few tree stumps in some of the spaces. Low enough to drive over if need be but would be nice without. Manchester is a sweet town with tons of cute restaurants and high end outlet stores. The area around is beautiful. Would definitely stay again.

Awful experience trying to book a site and horrible customer service. The campground’s online booking system wasn’t properly functioning so I called to confirm a booking for one week in July 2019. Took 8 phone calls to actually speak with someone and then the person who answered said she could only take a message. The campground’s online booking system wasn’t properly functioning so I called to confirm a booking for one week in July 2019. Took 8 phone calls to actually speak with someone and then the person who answered said she could only take a message. Asked repeatedly for a confirmation email and never got it. Gave her 2 different email addresses to use and still no email confirmation. At this point, they had charged my credit card but I had no proof of a reservation, no email and I couldn’t reach anyone in the office. Had my husband call because I think they were ignoring my calls. At this point, we just wanted to cancel the booking (my credit card was charged) due to the bad feeling we got with no email communication. Have yet to get the refund we asked for. Terrible! So unprofessional and poorly run. Will be filing a BBB complaint.
