The rate was acceptable, sites were spacious with a gravel RV lot, cement patio for TT access, and add'l vehicle spot on the other side of the patio. While the lots were side-by-side and seemed rather close, there were no issues with noisy neighbors, everyone I met was very polite and friendly, and there was an inground pool with hot tub and shower/bathroom facility. There was also coin operated laundry available. The staff were excellent! I arrived on a Sunday (office closed), so I had to contact the on-call resident manager, Ben, to help me set-up (as mentioned, this was my 1st time and I was clueless). He walked me through the process of hook-ups, provided me with a coax cable and surge protector to borrow for my stay, and was very patient with me. I also required some add'l blocks for my stabilizers, and another staff member, Spencer, graciously offered me some from the back of his truck and let me keep them for personal use. I was floored by the way everyone was so helpful with my time there.I would definitely recommend this RV Park if you are staying in the St. George, UT area.

Nice park and fairly quiet.Best WiFi we have come across; could actually stream movies and tv shows. Good location to explore the many hikes in the area. Be sure to go to Pioneer Park and Sand Hollow state park. Found friendly Pickleball play at the nearby Vernon Worthen park. Will definitely come back

They were very clear when I made the call exactly what to expect, nicely explaining so we wouldn’t be disappointed when we arrived. It was a gravel parking lot and then an actual parking lot, but honestly I would actually specifically book a temp site next time. Long rigs might have an issue getting backed in because it’s right by their parked RV storage and the “road” isn’t terribly wide. Our 25’ trailer with super crew cab full bed truck had no problems, but I would call and ask first if your set up is longer. We did see some fairly long rigs there, so it’s possible. Much would depend on the size of the rig being stored directly across from where you’re trying to park. The pool area, laundry, bathrooms and showers were very clean, and closed bathrooms for about 30 minutes each afternoon for cleaning. Washers/dryers were economically priced, $2 to wash on a basic cycle and .25 per 8 minutes of drying. .75 dried my load of kid clothing. The main hookup sites are very very tight together. No privacy at all. You park your tow vehicle beside your trailer/rv. You can tell many are snowbirds or other long term residents but what we saw driving through to our site was pretty clean.I talked with four different people during our stay and everyone was very friendly.

The area we were in near the office looked like it was thrown together as an afterthought. No paved road through it and tight curves are a big rig nightmare. Our spot was located in such a spot that we held our breath any time a new person arrived. We did witness one fifth wheel destroy a picnic table when he was turning in. That said the heated pool, laundry and free billiard tables were all very nice. Minutes to any store you could want and hiking and biking trails nearby. Quiet at night even though it’s an urban park. Awesome WiFi and HD cable.

We are a campervan and prefer state parks generally. All that is to say, we probably aren't the target audience on this campground. But, who is?! I have no idea what this RV park offers that commands a $56 price point and almost a full house. Spots aren't just tight, they're on top of each other. There isn't just "no shade", there is no greenery at all. Ammentities are like the fake TVs at furniture stores - meant to make the place look complete but not usable once you try. (Specifically the pool was disgusting) If you need a restroom, at least you get a hike out of it tho! Nothing beats a hike with a view under the bright lights of the Best Western sign, to the hum of a highway. Tbh, if you want to "camp" you can do better and if you want to layover in your RV just stay at a truck stop.

But you get water and electric for $38-40 and access to all the amenities. My dog got stressed out, there wasn’t a lot of options for 5 am potty breaks. The lot assigned to the dogs was flooded. There is a dog park a couple miles away, but before bedtime and early morning made potty breaks really hard. I think my pup would maybe give it 2 stars, but she’s partial to the woods.. I loved everything ya get for the price you pay. Head down to the art district for drinks/dinner and culture. 5 minute drive.

Paved roads, with gravel sites. There is a concrete pad (with picnic table) that is between the RV and tow vehicle. Lots of trash cans available throughout park. They do offer WiFi. Did not use as I had great Verizon signal. Was able to stream videos. Pool, laundry room, bathrooms, and dump station available. Did not use the cable.

Very kind staff. We were parked in a pull through site that made everything very simple. Water pressure dropped one evening but other than that, everything was as expected. No fire pit, but there was a small picnic table. Amenities were all closed due to Covid. Lots of restaurants very close by.

Once on the grounds there is enough room to maneuver the RV but just enough. Not a lot of wiggle room with a big rig but can be done, lots of folks have. Check-in staff friendly and helpful. Sites are wide giving room for RV, a concrete strip between RV and vehicle parking to the side. Plenty deep for longer rigs. Along with full hook-ups the site comes with cable TV connection, strong Wi-Fi signal (the office loaned-free a mobile hot spot to boost the signal), and a daily newspaper. The site had some gravel and was mostly level. Across street from our site was a row of park model homes for the long term folks. The resort was busy and appeared to be mostly filled. We felt sort of cramped being in such tight quarters, then again we really aren’t RV Resort type of folks and seldom stay in them. We had a bit of an issue with a neighbor (he was friendly enough) that we addressed to the front office. They addressed the issue promptly and to our satisfaction. Very good customer service. Will stay here the next time in the St. George area.

But our furnace went out & had to get it repaired, so we stayed a bit longer. The staff were very accommodating in trying to keep us in same spot during our extended stay. They even lent us a space heater to keep warm since our furnace was broken in October. The sites are shared with a mobile home park, but it is in now way "trashy". The grounds are well kept & clean. Pool is nice & warm and hot tub is hot. Laundry room is nice & machines work good. Wifi worked good. They lend out wifi extenders as well.A small movie theater is within walking distance. St George is a great city. They got a Costco & Target. Everything you could ever need in this town ????

We had reservations and the staff was very helpful and friendly. The facilities are very nice. Clubhouse, pool, hot tub, laundry, common areas. We have a large rig so we were offered a choice between one of the front spaces and the back area pull-throughs near the RV storage area. We opted for the back area since we have side and back patios and really wanted to unload our motorcycles and enjoy the milder weather. The park is in a great location just off the interstate and near all the eateries, stores and attractions you could possibly want. Make sure you visit Snow Canyon State Park, it is incredible! We were there right before Christmas and the Christmas in the Canyon program was amazing! We will definitely stay here again.

Temple View RV Resort is convenient to all of that, and it's a clean park. That tends to be the end of its charms, though. It's little more than a parking lot with gravel separating sites. RVs are in the front nearer the road (although set back a bit), while mobile homes are in the back. It's near the interstate, but not in easy walking distance of the interesting parts of town. A bike would suit better for that.It wasn't an objectionable place to stay, but we discovered a boondocking area nearby that we really enjoyed, so if we returned to the area, that's where we'd set up camp instead.
