Fire rings in most/all of the sites. Happy with our stay and would stay again. Nice shade on many spots. Nice swimming pool to cool off. It is right next to a school sports complex, so there were a couple of occasions during our week that there was a game and the field speakers had the music up pretty loud for about 2 hours (pre-games I think). Not the end of the world, but worth noting as it impacted our work meetings quite a bit. Would give it a 5 if the close area had some natural beauty and if the school didn't impact our workdays the way it did. Unfortunately, it is all part of the experience and nothing the owners can do to improve that part.Check-In: Great! Easy and quick. Very nice and welcoming. Friendliness: Super nice folks! Hard working owners that were busting it all day. Store: Great store with more than most stores, including outdoors items like a Solo Stove and camping chairs.Site: Really level. Gravel. Nice grass for the living spaces and newly paved patios.Grass. Hookups: Pull-through. Full hookups with 50 AMP. Worked as expected.Location: 1-2 hours from Zion, Capitol Reef, Bryce Canyon, and Escalante. Lots of restaurants, stores, and amenities within a few miles of the campground. Full market as well.Laundry: Not new but not old. Worked well. Opened 24 hours.Park's Wifi: Googling. Light work. Not able to Stream well.Propane: Don't recallIce: Yes

The campground is tucked away in a neighborhood so it is easy to walk to town as well and bike around the quiet neighborhood. We enjoyed our one night here!

We didn't use the large pool or showers but a quick peek into the showers revealed they were very clean and in excellent repair. Location is minutes away from Walmart, restaurants and gas. There are a lot of ATV's coming and going due to the miles of OHV trails in the area. The noise was minimal though and we experienced no issue with that.

You can hear the drone of traffic from the highway in the background but other than that pretty quiet. Check-in was quick and friendly. Gravel interior roads and sites. Sites are pretty close together. We had to make a tight circle around the pool and dodge an Airstream to pull into our narrow site. We barely squeaked under some tree branches that looked like they had been recently trimmed. We had a small concrete patio for picnic table, and our site had a chiminea. The site was just long enough for the MH and toad. Our site was not level so I had to stop the auto levelers before getting the dreaded “twist”. There are premium sites with large patios and fire pits with nice tables and chairs. Some even have a fenced in dog park. Satellite would not be possible in most of the existing sites behind the office. They are putting in quite a few new sites up front where there are no significant trees (yet). They have cable but you have to check out a box. Verizon 4g 3 bars. Their WII FI worked pretty good until more people pulled in. Home Depot, Walmart and a couple restaurants are about a mile away.

We wanted to plan the next day and upload photos without consuming data from our phones but couldn’t. The Wifi is not up to the same standard as the rest of the place. Speed is stronger closer to the office. Unable to talk to anyone after 7pm, you can only leave a message.Highly recommended if wifi access is not important to you.

There are many trees making it a very shady property and appealing even on hot days. It is easy on and off Interstate 70 and the sites are nicely spaced. There are many options for spaces here as well. All of the typical KOA amenities are offered and the price is reasonable as well. The wifi was strong and the park was easy to negotiate. We did not use the showers or restrooms but assume they are nice. The staff was very nice and helpful as well. We would stay here again.

A nice KOA with good facilities. The showers were the best we’ve come across! The laundry cost $3 to do a wash and a dry. It was a handy spot for us to spot and we needed it for the facilities and the hook up so worked perfectly! The WiFi was also brilliant!

A busy campground that caters to ATV users. Lots of big mature trees and plenty of summer shade. Adequate spacing between sites with grass medians. Lots of ATV activity during the day but very quiet at night. Nice newly remodeled restrooms and a well stocked shop.

It is typical KOA in the sites are very tight. The new owners are very nice and are working hard on many renovations to spruce up the park. The park is right in town and heavily treed. Great for the summer heat but not good for the rooftop satellite dish. The park does have a 100 channel cable available. Our site is right near office and in a wedge area. The neighbors front door is only a grill length away. We do have a grass strip outside our door for sitting and a picnic table. The park has both back in sites (which are small) and pull throughs. The sites are gravel and very level. WiFi has been good. Verizon signal is all right but not as strong as we had hoped for the data. You can walk into "town" which is only a couple blocks away.

Not often, because they generally are a bit rundown or too crowded with families. This one is different. Absolutely beautiful and extremely well-maintained. From the grounds and landscaping, to the pool, showers & restrooms, all was pristine. The actual campground is filled with different varieties of trees creating a truly park-like environment. Nice, perfectly level gravel pads surrounded by healthy manicured lawns. Just beautiful. WiFi and cable included. The campground is located in a residential setting in town, about 1 1/2 miles from Interstate 70. Close to pretty much everything needed. Definitely would stay here again, although maybe a bit pricey at nearly $45 before any discount. And it's pet friendly.
