There is lots of grass and trees everything seems to be well maintained. Unfortunately the park is organized so that every rig pulls in from opposite directions. What this means is that your living area is shared by your neighbor on the passenger side and the neighbor on the driver side is less than a foot away. No exaggeration…you could not walk between the rigs because they were so close. We are so glad we are only here for one night.

Sure they have WiFi, but 60 units sharing the same service; couldn’t even watch a Netflix movie (Netflix wouldn’t load) Save your money and go to a KOA. Front desk reception wasn’t pleasant. Would not stay here again!!!! Spend $120 for two nights and get to be put to sleep by your neighbors snoring, they are so close!!!!!

Staff were so accommodating, and put us close to the office for a strong signal. Very much appreciated. There’s a cute storage facility next door that features a huge selection of old gas station signs, etc. and a state park at the end of the road. Both nice for an after dinner walk. Site was level, easy to access. Services were in good shape. Bathrooms were clean. Despite being close to the airport, there is no noise issue as they are small aircraft. A bonus for aviation fans. Would definitely stay again!

The wifi could be spotty at times, not the strongest - but I was still able to work each day from my laptop. If you have a signal booster or wifi hot spot, you should be fine! There is a cute walking trail, dog park, and a small laundry room. We preferred to go right down the road to the Laundry mat so that we could get our laundry done all at once. I'd definitely recommend this to anyone who wants a break from boondocking or anyone who wants to settle down in one spot for a bit.

This is a nice place to stay if you want a convenient location close to Camp Williams that has partial hookups. The campground is quiet. Uber Eats delivers if you need it. It is a great spot to bring children. We are thrilled to have found it and plan to stay here for every drill weekend from now on.

We stayed here on our way up and back to Idaho. The park is very close up the lake. Pool is nice and bathrooms and showers are in really good condition. There are a lot of trees but the spaces are close. You share the common area with the adjacent site which was awkward. The employees were friendly.

It has a feel to it that newer campgrounds don't always have-nostalgia, mature landscaping and a hint of down home hospitality. I believe this is a family run park. Check in was fairly simple and we were given a map and information sheet on the park. The sites are close together, but they have you pull in alternating directions, so you can give yourself a little more room on your door side. The sites have grassy areas, trees and gravel to park on. They are well maintained and they ask you not to park or put rugs down on the grass. There are also no fires allowed at the RV sites. We did not experience any noise issues beyond a few planes flying in to the nearby airport and lots of nature sounds around us. There are plenty of birds that call these trees home, along with a pasture of cows nearby that sang us songs in the morning (I think they were being herded or fed-either way, they had something to say about it.)There are bathrooms, showers and laundry facilities onsite. We used the showers and they were very clean and well maintained. The Provo River winds around the perimeter of the park. I didn't know that originally, but found out when I went for a walk and discovered a nice path and water. It's very pretty! There is wifi available-we had no trouble with it. There's also a nice dog run and a seasonal pool. We did not use either of them, but made note for future visits. This is a campground we will definitely return to!

There is a strange lot behind it with all sorts of vintage signs and statues, creepy when you take your dog out for potty break at 3 am lolol. But, overall great experience, pet friendly, and I felt safe. ????

My favorite part: while throttled to about 10 down and 10 up, Google Fiber Internet over Unifi Wireless Access Points. Perfect for some critical zoom screen shares for the week. No lack of dining options within 15 minutes as BYU kinda has it all. Verizon: prepaid unlimited plan in this part of SLC was nearly unusable, throttled into oblivion

All the RV sites are pull through with every other one facing one way and the others facing the opposite direction. This meant that your door sides faced each other and you had to share the small patch of grass between sites. We found that uncomfortable. The campground is well maintained on a road that is not very loud but the Provo airport is quite close. The office staff was OK. Laundry room was small but clean, 5 washers and 6 dryers, costs $2.00 wash and 3.50 dryer. Site pads are gravel. We had FHU, 50 amp, cable/dish TV and WiFi, although the WiFi was weak. We were in site G3, which was very level. People came and left frequently but there are some that appear to be full-timers (well maintained). The pool was busy with kids. Within walking distance is a Utah State Park and also a nice walking trail just outside of the SP.

That said, the campground is easy to get to, the owners are friendly, the permanent residents quiet and tidy, the restrooms clean and the showers hot. Can't ask for more than that for an overnight stop!

The Ashton Gardens were beautiful! If there could be a negative, they are right next to the Provo Airport though there were only one or two flights out a day.All in all a relaxing week!

We enjoyed our time here. The park staff was friendly, the walking trail around camp was nice and bathrooms were clean. Spaces are close but the park was pretty quiet. We enjoyed biking to town and in the surrounding area.

Also, the parking sites are opposite of each other and close This means when you walk out of your door, you are looking at the neighbor camper walking out theirs. We were fortunate to have a great couple of neighbors so even though a little awkward sharing the grass between us, we at least got along. They have cable and the wi-fi was good. Pool was clean and well cared for, but a little small. It quickly became full with the campers in July. The town was very close so a quick jump on the road and you were there. Some wonderful bike trails right around the corner as well as the lake. You do have to pay a fee to get into the lake for the day but the 15 mile bike trail one way was free and well kept. The staff was friendly. They are trying to keep grass growing which means watering every night. Dont leave anything outside you dont want to get wet. Also, the "scenic trail" listed on the site is not. It is overgrown and the water doesn't move much so a little stagnate. Lots of insects fling about in early July. Also, many full time residents but didnt seem to be of any concern. Lots of large shade trees. It was wonderful to keep the heat down.

  • Our extended stay was great. Quiet park with great amenities. Staff was great as well.

Plenty of shade and a large dog park made this great for us and our Great Dane who loves to run and play ball. We met quite a few new dog friends as well. We were here for 5 weeks planning and completing our daughter's wedding and I was able to work and stream TV with 4 bars LTE on Verizon, T-Mobile and AT&T. Staff here are great allowing us to accept all forms of mail. Propane is very competitively priced and conveniently located at the park. We did not use the shower facilities but the laundry room is very clean with 5 washers and 6 driers. Swimming pool was closed during our stay, opens on Memorial Day weekend, the day after we left. Only downsides were the cotton trees shedding their cotton balls, this stuff was everywhere the last week of May, and there were a fair amount of flying insect around the beginning of May. All in all we had a great stay and will definitely be returning when we visit family in the area.

We really enjoyed this RV park and will probably come here again to visit local family. It’s on the Provo River and has beautiful trees and a short walking trail surrounding the park.- Dog friendly, has a nice long fenced dog area and bag stations by the trail- Our Verizon signal was oddly low, 2 bars- The wifi was good enough to hold an online voice meeting- Price - we paid 38/night for full hookups- The park was really clean and well kept- There were a lot of sites, this park might get pretty full in the summer but was only about half full in Oct- The site spacing was fairly tight, on the inner rows you get placed right next to one neighbor, but there’s a grassy strip and picnic table between you and your other neighbor. - It was pretty quiet aside from the occasional plane/helicopter, there’s a nearby airport. - Their website form asks for a credit card, but they don’t actually charge it online, they called us to actually make the reservation and we paid there in the office.Pros:- Beautiful big trees throughout the whole park, it was really pretty with leaves falling- Really dog friendly with the fenced area and walking trail- The park layout and surrounding trees makes it a pretty peaceful spot- They have a nice little store for things you might need like shampoo/hats etc- Really close to Provo/Orem areaCons:- Verizon signal was low- Water pressure was a little low- It’s a little expensive

For some reason the campground was closed and so we made the very short drive back to Lakeside RV Campground. The staff was very accommodating upon our arrival and put us in a site that was near a fire-pit but didn't charge us the difference as it was a full-hookup site and we only wanted partial. The campground has many trees that would provide awesome shade in the summer months. It is a bit hard to tell this late in the season but the grounds appeared to be cared for and and good overall repair. The pool area looked nice also and the bath house was reasonable and had several shower stalls. There are several (the majority this time of year) full-time residents living here. Several of the rigs have obviously not been moved in quite some time. This wasn't a problem, just more of something to be aware of if you are not use to that type of thing. In speaking with one of the "residents" they indicated that the campground owners were easy to work with for long term stays. The park is pet friendly but there are some weight to number of days stayed rules that you need to be aware of if you are traveling with 30lbs-ish of animals. There is a nice (but short) trail that borders the Provo River on the outside edge of part of the campground. The Provo River flows into Utah Lake and is considered a Blue Ribbon fishery. I am not sure how good the fishing in this specific section is, but further up stream it can be really great. There were really only 2 negatives that we saw.1) The lack of a fire-pit at our site. That might be a big positive to some but for us it was a bit of a drawback. Some sites have fire-pits (tents and small back-ins) and are all located on the outer perimeter of the campground. I did not see any pull-through sites with fire-pits.2) The sewer hookup on our site was near the front of our trailer. Where I didn't pay for full-hookups it didn't bother me and we didn't use it. That being said if I was expecting full-hookups I would have had a challenge getting connected to it. There is a dump on-site. It isn't the best dump I have seen but appeared to be functional.

Nice park with lots of green grass. Plenty of room between sites and we have a large 42' motorhome with 3 slides. We couldn't get satellite because of trees, but they do have cable. Provo is a nice size town with beautiful lakes and mountains.
