Using it as a home base to visit all the nearby parks at those rates is amazing.Apparently run on the honor system. Slot in the door to drop payment and info sheet. When I checked in there appeared to be several days worth of envelopes on the floor. Laundry had less than half of the machines operational (there's a laundry in town at the other RV park). Shower/bathroom looked gross on quick inspection.Sites are not very level, will need blocks/boards. But water and 30/50 amp.Sticker thorn bushes abound, watch the dogs close on walks. I've had to pull a few out the the dogs paw.

We tried to contact them to dump our tanks, but they never answered the phone. Did a drive through and it’s the least appealing option I’ve seen in the area

Good hookups and relatively level. Check in is honor system with registration paper and envelope to leave payment by check or cash through he slot in the door. They even have internet which worked fine for us for basic use. Garbage dumpster and very quiet even though the park is about half full. Very reasonable price at 19.95 plus tax. The town is about three miles away and we rode our side by side to the local gas station and liquor store. Would definitely recommend if you have a big rig. Good cell coverage on Verizon and t-mobile. Decided to stay another night due to price.

  • Clean. Simple. Convenient pull thru spots.

Conveniently located at the northern most tip of Paguitch. Clean. Spaces are small but well kept. It’s RIGHT off the road and if you’re planning on staying longer I saw there are some beautiful Hikes near by!

  • Great deal for location

Only the back row is level, but our truck steeped downhill quite a bit so we could reach the power and water connections. This made hitching back up again a little awkward but doable. We didn’t use any amenities and didn’t know the WiFi password, but the back row didn’t really get a signal anyway. Our personal WiFi had a fanatatic signal though. The campground itself was nice and maintained, with many upgrade projects in the works. All in all, great price for the proximity to Bryce Canyon.

  • Great views, convenient location to Bryce Canyon National Park touring

They do have picnic tables at the sites, the tent sites are very nice with grass and some camping cabins.

The spots are close (except the tent sites are awesome!) and there isn't much privacy. We did have a picnic table and we chose an end spots so we had a little more room. The sites are gravel and pretty much level. The best spots are along the back but I think they are usually taken by long term RVers. It's $111 a week (that includes tax) and $285 for a month (that doesn't include tax) They take cash and check. I think it's around $25/night otherwise. This park is close to Panguitch and Dixie National Park. The other parks in the area were around $40/night but of course had a lot more to offer. The $16/night was from the weekly rate.We were satisfied with laundry room and area. It is 3 minutes to Panguitch, 15 minutes to Red Canyon, 30 minutes to Bryce Canyon National Park and 60+ miles to Escalante. We went to Kanaraville for a hike which was about an hour and 15. Kanarraville is close to Cedar City which has anything you might need. We grocery shopped at Smith's whenever we went that way. Kanarraville is also close to Kolob Canyon of Zion National park. You can also get to the Kanab side of Zion easily as well. The wifi worked well for basic internet searching and Fire TV, but we could not play PS4.If we needed an RV park in the area we would definitely stay here again. There is one guy that usually mans the desk and if he isn't there you just pick a spot that is open and then go and pay.

  • Not much privacy, but cheap and close to Bryce and Zion

They have a store and laundry, and the nearby town has groceries. When I stayed, all the campgrounds and parks close to Bryce Canyon were booked, but this place wasn't very packed at all. I'd recommend calling them to reserve -- their website collects credit card numbers, but isn't secure (no HTTPS).

This is a great place to stay if just passing through or if staying a week or a month (great rate) while visiting the near by national parks. Bryce, Zion & Cedar Breaks. Great area for ATV's, hiking, biking & exploring. We'll be back.
