We stayed in site 1 on our way north in October 2021. They have only been in business for a year, but have a great setup. Sites are level with FHUs and dual sewer, pull-thrus. Great WiFi reception and lots of grass between sites and surrounding area. Good easy stop off of I15 with clean laundry and propane available.

Stayed in Site 10 which is literally right in front of the laundry / showers / bathrooms making it the ideal spot for us since we use all 3. Clean park. Long pull through sites. Over flow gravel parking as well. We used the fire pit multiple times and the walking trail almost daily. It was quiet and clean. Staff was friendly and helpful. We would definitely stay here again. Both of us work full time from our camper so having fast wi-fi was a must. We were very happy with the connectivity of wi-fi which is connected through our pep-wave router, but uses AT&T. I’m not sure about Verizon or T-Mobile. Beautiful area.

This campground is new and a work in progress. Very clean and decently spaced sites, all level on asphalt. It's easy off and on the freeway but there is some noise. The owner was really nice! No trees because it's so new. Verizon was five bars the whole time we were there.

The office and club house weren’t quite open yet but they are working hard to get it done. They were laying more sod the night before we left. They have a horseshoe pit and community fire pit. Cell signal was pretty strong but they also offer free wifi and it too was strong. This park definitely show the love and hard work the owners have for it. Any time we are in the area, we will not hesitate to stay again.

I have been anxiously awaiting visiting here since I read the first reviews. This isn’t Jackson Rancheria, but we aren’t in the Sierra foothills. Nor is it Seven Feathers but we aren’t in the Willamette Valley. I wouldn’t consider this a destination park, but we could have found plenty more to do had we stayed longer than a weekend. The sites are large & well thought out. The female owner we talked to was wonderful, although she seemed exhausted. Internet was fantastic! The park isn’t what I had mentally constructed - free beer upon arrival might have been a bit over the top - but it is definitely outstanding.

When we called to make our reservation, they were very eager to help us out. They moved some overnight reservations to give us a spot for the whole week. They come and pick up garbage and even refill propane tanks just by setting it outside your RV. The pull-through site was plenty big enough for our 37' Fifth Wheel and our F-450. We were able to park the truck nose-in to the front of the RV with room to spare. When we stayed, the facilities building had not yet opened, so I can't review it. I do plan on staying again if we are passing through.

No real dog walking area or dog park. There is a horse shoe pit. Owners were very nice and easy to work with. Spots are huge, any rig will fit. It is good for a few nights. The downsides for us is the site we stayed in was not level, there are practically no trees, so if you want shade, this isn't for you. While there is a town there this is about 40 minutes from Provo and even further from Salt Lake. Good Verizon coverage.

The grounds are immaculate and have extremely large sites. Each site has a large grassy area, which we LOVED. The length of the sights are large enough to stay connected if you wanted to. They are still building the main office and laundry facilities, but I imagine they will be just as beautiful as the rest of the place when they are done. This is an RV resort that all "Resorts" should model themselves after. They clearly take pride in their property and it shows in every aspect. We will absolutely be back to visit!

This just jumped up to one of the top three RV parks that we have visited fitting into to the 'not resort', but 'journey' category. I wasn't looking for a pool or a spa. I was simply looking for a new, well kept RV park that had spacious sites to fit our F250, 17-foot solar trailer and 34-foot diesel pusher while we were sightseeing for a few days. The sites have ample room to spare and are all blacktopped. These guys really got smart. They leave an entrance and exit to the black top as gravel so that you can pull your truck in sideways if yo want and you don't have to worry about pulling off the blacktop when pulling away. They have a nice wide section of grass on the passenger side and gravel area where you would take care of your water, electricity and sewer. They are still building what I assume will be the club house. There is an easy-to-use website to help you pick your favorite open site. The people are super nice. Everything is new and well planned out for big rigs and space between sites. There are great rules in place to keep undesirable behavior and undesirable people out of the park. You can tell this is going to be a nice place for years to come. The only negative is that there are large semi trucks that jake brake on the road just outside the RV park. This happened about every other hour during the day. We are gone almost all day, so I didn't mind. There really was no noise at night. I could barely hear the highway.Bottom line... This is how you design and run an RV park!

Green farm land to the west and nice views of Mts Nebo and Bald right out the front window. Both wifi and cell coverage are very good.

WiFi was fast, the sites were very clean and they pick up your trash in the morning. They actually were smart when they built the rv park, they put in 2 sewer access for each site because not every rig is built the same. The office and club house were not finished yet so I can't say anything about the toilets and showers. It is relatively close to the freeway but you didn't hear it. We heard 1 train in the evening and that was it. The only thing is, one side is facing a factory of some sort but the other side is mountain view.

We were between here and there and needed a place to park for the night with hookups. This campground is really nice and it's easy to tell the people who run really care about the place. The spaces are easy to get into and out of and are asphalt. This place is on my "come back and stay longer when I have the time" list.

This is a family owned open site with many new tree plantings, luscious sod green area next to each site, with full hook ups and excellent WiFi. We arrived without reservations on Labor Day weekend with plenty of vacancies. Owner was very welcoming, invited us to pick our own spot, and although there are no fire pits, we travel with a Solo Rancher fire pit and were welcome to use it. There are showers, bathrooms and laundry, but we did not use any. Although a mile from the freeway, there was some road noise, but they have built a berm and with the growth of trees, this should be even further reduced. Great view of the mountains to the north and south. You leave your garbage bagged at your site and they pick up daily.
