Such a sad place because of the drought conditions. The lake is so low and as a result it has kind of sucked the life outta this place. Was told about a beach called hoby cat that I could drive down to the water well that was a trap do not try it. My camp site was nice. I imagine the lake was right next to it years ago. I stayed here in mid May and it was really hot mid to high nineties. There is just nothing to do aside from renting a boat
Pretty simple, but nice spot for a visit

We stayed in the RV area, which has full hookups. There is also a tent only area that RVs can fit in, but without hookups. I’d say the tent area is a lot nicer. The RV area is pretty stark and full of sand spurs. Bathrooms are clean, showers are hot. Lots of amenities in the area. Lake level is LOW. You can’t launch off the ramp. Kayaks can launch, but you gotta drive waaaay down on the sand. Two bars of LTE on Verizon.
