We used to spend winters staying at Tiger Run in Breckenridge but they have gotten way too expensive so we decided to try a winter in this area instead. We were not disappointed! The amenities are incredible, we loved the hot tubs after a day of skiing. The staff was always super friendly. The price is so much more affordable than Tiger Run. It was so easy to get propane refills as needed. Verizon, AT&T and T-Mobile all worked well.

We spent the night here on the way through town to SW Utah. This campground is really fantastic with so many things to do. We were only here a short time but would definitely come back for a longer stay. The sites are close and not super private but this is one of the nicest and most updated campgrounds we have stayed at.

Very nice park with all the amenities and more. We only stayed one night and it rained a bit so we did not use the pool, fire pit and other outdoor amenities. The bathrooms were private and spacious and clean. Well located on the edge of Heber. Would stay here again.

Only thing I didn’t like was in the “new section” in the back of the park there are large rocks, not grass, between sites. Rocks hard to walk on and nowhere for dogs to pee. But they do have a very large dog park! Next time I’ll request up front where there is grass between lots. Staff very friendly and will take you to your site.

Kate's review stated $28 per night, that is based on $850 per month for a spot in the adult section where she was located (huge pads over there). Campendium requires a nightly rate to be input, so that's what she did, and likely forgot to note in her review that it was based on monthly. In the non-adult section, I paid $725 per month this winter, which is about $24 per night. It goes up $100 or so in the summer, and even more in the adult section I believe. Nightly fees are more in the $60s to $80s depending on site size and time of year, and include full hookups. Monthly rates include water and cable, but electric is metered monthly at $.13 per kw. For my 23' Airstream using mostly electric heat, my monthly cost was around $95 in the winter, same in summer with AC.Wifi is adequate for basic browsing and email. You can call the provider to upgrade your site service for a fee. For my needs, basic was fine, and even could stream Netflix but using my browser on my Mac--not enough bandwidth for Apple TV. If I was streaming and things got glitchy, I'd just hot-spot my phone for a couple hours.I am full-time and need to be in the Park City area for work. I was here in July/August last year, and am here for the winter, October through April 1. It's been great. Clean, well-cared for, great staff. A couple of nice clubhouses, one of them in the Adult-only section (you can use it even it not staying in the section). Each clubhouse has a pool (summer only) and outdoor hut tub...very clean and nice. Both clubhouses have a great room with fireplace and tv, and a a full kitchen you can use (ask permission). The adult clubhouse also has a small fitness center with a few free weights, and a few nice Precor club-quality cardio units (treadmill, ellipiticals, recumbent bike). I quietly brought my Concept Rower in there to use ... I hope whoever else used it enjoyed it, and you are welcome :-) Bathrooms are well-kept, just a little worse for wear due to the hardness of the water, which leaves a white residue on the tile and fixtures, making them look at bit scruffy. I use a water softener for my rig. You can occasionally get unlucky depending on who used the bathrooms before you, even though there are plungers and toilet brushes RIGHT THERE to use if you need to...but of course, some people are inconsiderate slobs and don't do the right thing (read ahead to my comments on the dog park). However the staff goes in often, so usually the bathrooms are very clean and disinfected. The staff goes out of their way. For propane refills, just leave your tank on the curb and they pick it up, refill it, and return it...and the cost is less per gallon than the Tractor Supply in town, so it's a no-brainer. Currently $2.79/gallon. They even pick up your trash if you leave it on the curb, but I suffer the hardship of walking to the dumpsters myself, it's 90 seconds lol. People are so lazy. They have two laundromats, $1.50 per load for the washers and dryers. They aren't super huge, and the wash cycle is only about 34 minutes which seems short, but works OK. Dryers work great. Same hard water as the showers, so that makes any washer less effective. When the 20 amp outlet on my pedestal failed (I used that one to power my heated water hoses), I stopped in the office to let them know. A staffer was at my site within 10 minutes, told me he'd have to power me down while he made the repair, then knocked on my door again 10 minutes after that, to let me know the GFCI outlet was replaced and I was back in business. Such great service. The whole property is very clean and neat, with exception of the smaller dog park, which unfortunately due to lazy, inconsiderate guests who don't clean up after their pets, even though there is a bag station, trash bin, and even a shovel. I think the shovel is there because the staff needs it to clean up the multiple piles left by the losers who won't clean up after their dogs. Especially in winter, I see people at night pull up in their trucks, put their dogs in the the fence, then sit in their trucks to stay warm for ten minutes while their dog does its business. The owners just open the gate and load the dog back in the truck and take off. Lazy, inconsiderate and disgusting. My apologies to the staff and other guests on behalf of us responsible dog owners. The front office has a camp store with t shirts and things, plus a small selection of camp supplies like sewer hoses, dogbone power adapters, etc. Also you can pick up UPS/FEDEX packages there, but keep in mind that they are not secure and anybody *could* pick up your package and walk out. I had one package delivered that was not there, so I don't know. Just keep it in mind and pick up your package as soon as the notification arrives. The staff does not check who is picking up what, nor should they--package delivery is an accommodation, and there are a lot of them.Definitely bring a separate water pressure reducer, even if your rig has one built in. The water pressure is super high, like 120 psi, and you'll stress your hose for sure.As for the vibe, it's clean and friendly, and especially in today's environment since Covid, a lot of families who seem to be full-time around the country. A good number of kids enjoying each other and the playground. Nice setting with mountain views and especially of Mt. Timpanogos, in my site, a great view from inside my rig, I sit there on days I work from 'home' totally enjoying it. It's a great base to explore the Park City area and the Heber Valley...close to the Jordanelle Reservoir and State Park, The ski resorts, Park City, Sundance, etc. I am leaving April 1, hard to believe it's been six months already, but it's been really easy and great to be here. I will be building a house soon, but it will be some time out, so I've already booked a spot for Nov-April again next winter...it's great to know I have it nailed down for another easy-peasy winter experience. Thanks to the great staff here (Judy, Julie, Cache, Matt, Danica, Sid, and I'm flaking on some of the others right now, can't recall the names but I definitely won't forget each of you. See you next winter!!!PK

The views are 360 degrees of mountains and have stunning sunrises and sunsets. We’ve been here twice and met great friends each time! This place just seems to attract cool people! 30 minutes from Park City and skiing. 15 minutes from Midway. 50 minutes from Salt Lake and the airport. Hiking and biking all around. It’s just kinda hard to think of anything that this resort and location don’t have. It’s our go to place when in the area!

In short it belongs in the publication.Extremely clean, long concrete pads, super wide roads. I greatly enjoyed the over 21 area (worth the extra money). They are little over the top about dogs off leash. While I was digging in one of the storage bays, my girl snuck out of the rv to pee on the grass. She got caught and my apology was not enough. He had to tell me 3 ways how I was out of compliance and why the rule exists. I just took the dressing down and in return there was no fine. The free park wifi is fine for general internet and zoom calls, so I was able to keep working. But not for streaming video. You could pay for an enhanced wifi. Not sure the cost. I had a strong Verizon signal, but was throttled so much it was worthless. Tmobile was no better.I would stay here again.

Sites: There are various site lengths. Most recently we stayed in row U which are long and accommodate our 42ft 5th wheel and tow vehicle. The sites are paved and level. You are relatively close to your neighbor with a grass area between each site. Note: The adults only section sites are wider (maybe twice as wide as the family section).Hook-ups: Full hookups are available and the placement of the utilities are in the middle of the site. GREAT water pressure.Amenities: This place has it all. Pools, hot tubs, gym, playground, basketball courts, etc. There area couple of dog runs. The dog run in the adults section is huge. Food truck on the most recent weekend that we were here. Trash pickup and propane tank refill (the staff will pick up your tanks and return them full).Activities: You can rent fat tire bikes and side-by-sides here with the national forest access just minutes away. Staff: The staff has always been great. Area: Heber City has it all. Grocery stores, restaurants, brewery, and of course a Wal-Mart. There are several things to do/see in the area such as the crater in Midway (you can Scuba dive here) and we took a tour of the Heber Valley Artisan Cheese Dairy (relies heavily on robotics...very cool). About 25 minutes to Park City.Reservations: Call or online. Access: Easy access off of state highway 40 and the interior roads are wide and easy to navigate. Cell Coverage/Internet/TV: 3 bars of AT&T and Verizon. There is free (3Mb) internet and the option to upgrade through a third party if you want to stream. They have a digital cable lineup as well (over 80 channels).Price: The price is acceptable for what you get. We just booked for a 3 month winter stay.

The park is in a beautiful setting with mountains in the distance. It’s a great location for visiting Heber City, Park City and Sundance. Pleasant and efficient staff. They notify you via email with any news – like unhooking the water if the weather turns cold or that there is fresh made bread (!) for sale. One minor annoyance is the entrance. You have to swipe a card to open the gate and the placement of the card swipe is very awkward. Wide, paved, easy to navigate interior roads. We love that they have an adult only section. There are 2 pools and 2 clubhouses – one in the adult section and one in the other. The clubhouse is beautiful with nice big bathrooms with tile floors and showers. There is a pool table and fireplace in clubhouse. The sites are extra wide and extra long concrete pads. There is plenty of room to park the toad to the side or behind the MH. Decent spacing between sites too. The free WII FI works pretty good most of the time but you can pay to upgrade to faster speeds. One ding, and not their fault, are the dogs in the houses behind the adult section. They tend to have barking frenzies – they sound like hound dogs. Once they start a chorus begins with other dogs and what sounds like coyotes. This was a daily occurrence. We most definitely would return again.

Our AT&T was fast, and Verizon had good signal but was a bit slow. We were able to receive both US mail and UPS deliveries at the resort. The only complaint we have is that the sites in our section (P) were unlevel and required several wood blocks under our front wheels and jacks before our levelers could work. If you like RV resorts, this is a great one.

We have camped in the area at Wasatch Mountain State Park and Jordanelle State Park and this is truly a resort experience. We made advanced reservations and the staff was very accommodating to a change that we needed to make after we initially booked. They were very helpful on the phone and actually guided me in site selection. The site we decided on was different than the one that I would have initially picked and I was happy they helped me make an informed decision. Our check-in process was quick and easy and they guided us to our site and helped us get lined up just right. The pool was good sized and the hot tub was quite relaxing. The dog area was actually big enough for our dog to chase the ball a bit which was really nice. They have a nice game room with ping-pong and many board game that are all free to use. We also took advantage of the basketball court, playground and putting area.We meet several other people and families and everybody was very friendly. There are several longer term guests at the park, but everything was well kept and not over cluttered. If you are sensitive to road noise I would get as far from US-40 as possible. The traffic is not bad, but there are large trucks that frequent that road at all hours of the night. There is also a commercial building with some security lights on the South East corner of the property. If you have blackouts its fine, but if not it could be a bit annoying. All in all this is a great option if you are looking for a private campground in the Heber area.
