Poor wifi, couldn't connect. Gave us space 355, but had a low limbed tree that would scratch our motorhome roof, so they let us stay in 356. Nice, gravel sites, but they are facing each other with a shared picnic table which is a little annoying. They charge $5 for breakfast which I think for $60/nt should be included since if you are staying in the hotel you get it free (which is why the 4 stars instead of 5).

It's a nice parking lot with hookups but not much more. They have apparently bumped the price up from $45 to $65 ang give $5 Good Sam discount., Advertised complementary dinner is closed due to Covid, although they will, generously provide breakfast for an additional $5 a person. We've stayed at much nicer RV in the area for half the price and they have shower, gym and full hookups. Only reason here is the convenience as I needed so auto, work. Don't get me wrong, it's clean, but certainly nothing special.

Understandable, but nevertheless annoying and a bit unsettling. I was able to check in at an affiliated hotel across the street. No amenities were provided, of course, because the hotel was closed. There were two or three somewhat derelict-looking trailers on the west side of the RV lot. I was parked on the far east side of the lot. The overnight traffic noise from the north-south thoroughfare running along the east side of the property was considerable.

Great place. Easy in and out. Water and electric 50 amp. Brats and soup complimentary from 6-9 pm, and breakfast $4 charge for rvers. Just stayed one night on our way home to Idaho from Arizona, but would be okay if you were staying a couple of days exploring the area.

There are only ten spots located behind the motel, but each one is a long pull through with water, sewer and electric. Each site alternates the direction you pull through so you share a little space with a picnic table with your neighbor. The motel grounds are nicely landscaped. The motel offers a free BBQ dinner from 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM outside on a patio area next to a sweet raised bed veggie garden (not sure if they do this through the winter). The night we stayed there were brats, wings, soft drinks, and chips. Also s’mores around a big gas fire pit! We had interesting conversations with fellow guests. In the morning you can get the motel’s breakfast for $4. All in all it’s a pretty good deal. You have access to the motel’s facilities, but there are no showers, cable, or dump station. WiFi is included in the rate and worked well during our stay. We got the last available spot when we pulled in around 4:00 PM on a Wed., so it might pay to call ahead to se use a spot. We’d definitely stay here again.

Do not miss taking the drive to Cedar Breaks - it’s about 20 - 30 minutes from the RV Park and worth every minute. The RV park is small and quiet with nice trees. The sites were well spaced and fairly level. It was quiet and dark at night. Overall, it was a really pleasant experience. The location is a nice one for getting to Zion - about 1 hour away. If you need a good home base for Zion and Bryce this is a good choice.WiFi was really good as well (we were able to stream some Netflix shows while we were there).

Their Director of PR, Aaron, holds a cookout every night, grilling up hamburgers, hotdogs, pizza, and occasionally chicken wings. And the best part - SMORES every night!! He provided graham crackers, marshmallows, and best of all various kinds of chocolate - Hershey’s, Reese’s peanut butter cups, KitKats, & Ghirardelli chocolates. Our last night even consisted of them setting up an outdoor movie - Captain America: Civil War! #bestrvparkever and the first one we found that fed us every night. This place is right near an access road to Bryce Canyon, about an hour and a half away. It's also close to Cedar Breaks National Park, but that place was closed because the road had not been plowed. The scenery is beautiful, we did a lot of driving in the mountains. We loved this park - the amenities are great. No recycling, but Utah has several recycling bins in the area. Wifi was pretty good, we even got streaming. But seriously go for the nightly free cookout! It's awesome.

We are rewards members with BW and wanted to check it out during our recent trip to Arizona. The $45 price included full hookups, WSE and I think cable. We just use OTA and found plenty of channels. The hotel also had a BBQ dinner for guests, including the RV park. They had brats, chili chip and cookies. They said if we want breakfast it would be an additional $4/guest. We were there in April and pool and spa were closed. We had the place to ourselves, and there is an ice cream shop with homemade ice cream around the corner.

That means that it is pretty noisy and lots of ambient light at night, but you do get full hookups and the continental breakfast in the AM, although we did not take advantage of that perk. I ran into another full-timer who pulled up next to us and they told her she could dump her tanks for free as long as a space was available. She was staying at the Elks lodge across the street next to the city center park.I liked the location because it was central, easy to get in and out of and had plenty of restaurants and shopping within walking distance. Nothing fancy but beats a Wal-Mart parking lot in my opinion. Check in is a little confusing because the Best Western straddles Center street and the RV parking is behind the Best Western to the north of Center Street. We checked in at the one across the street and they gave us easy directions to get to the RV spots. Also the curbs have huge dips so you may bottom out trying to get into the parking lot. No big deal, but just something to be aware of. Site 350 is a little small for a 40' with a tow vehicle so ask for another if you are a big rig like us.PROS:Centrally locatedEasy access from highwayWalk to restaurants, coffee houses and SUUClose to the Shakespeare Festival on the SUU CampusFull hook-upsMay be able to dump for free if you ask nicely enough!CONS:PriceyStreets have large dips so you may bottom out pulling into the lotIts basically a parking lot along a main road so its noisy
