I'd call this place "Soon to be discovered". As a motorcycle and scenery lover I'd be hard pressed to find a better location. Close to Cedar City and at the base of Dixie NF. Sweetest views are just up 14, with several scenic routes within 20 miles.

Sweet little RV Park nestled in a mountainside! Elbow room, privacy, best RV Park we've seen, close to town, good hikes nearby. Reasonable driving distance to Bryce and Zion. Would definitely stay again!

We made this a stop on way to Denver and we’re glad we did. Perfect place to stay, not far away from trails and town. Peggy was a great host, restrooms and showers are kept very clean.

T-Mobile is the only thing that works and it’s very slow even with a -85 dbi signal. WiFi is terrible satellite internet.

Plenty of privacy and great bathrooms/shower facilities. Feels like you’re far away with plenty of trees and mountain views but close to Cedar City with easy access to restaurants and retail. Good paved bike trails nearby and hiking trailheads within the campground. Hook ups were great and they are pet friendly, although no designated dog park or poop station. Neighbors were friendly and quiet. There is some road noise, but it’s not noticeable at night. Management does a nice job with maintenance. Some sites look like they aren’t level but our space, #16 was.

The sites were very clean and the overhanging trees had been trimmed so even with a large 5th wheel trailer we still had plenty of room to get into our spot. We would definitely come back.I’m usually dry camping so this doesn’t bother me but if there was anything that could be improved upon it would be that since this is built along the side of a mountain the sites aren’t perfectly level. So make sure you either have blocks or whatever you need to get leveled out.

Since we are a 40ft RV plus toad we also had to get a parking spot next to us so no to block the road but this was no problem at all. There are shot trails that start right in the campground and the camp hosts had a plethora of information on all the surrounding hikes! We would absolutely go back but just be ready for zero cell service! The campground wifi works great, so we were still able to both work, especially knowing everyone is using it!

Funky, in a nice way, little RV Park. Six miles from the town of Cedar City and 12 miles from Cedar Breaks National Monument, which is well worth the visit. Bathrooms are private, each one with a shower, sink, and toilet. Sites are set up in a random fashion which gives more privacy. Hosts were pleasant and accommodating.

When I entered the address into my phone, it changed to a different address. So, I phoned the campground to confirm the address and maybe get directions from the main Hwy. I-15. No live person answered; it was a recording by a female person who did not identify the phone number as a business. I left a message anyway. A man returned my call about 20 minutes later and I explained our dilemma. He did not understand the address change in my phone and told me to just enter the campground name and then he offered verbal directions. We did make it there. The male host explained that his wife usually handles the guests and she is not feeling well. Then, the fun began. Our Space #10 is a back-site, that goes UPHILL with major boulders as part of an obstacle course. Ok, phew; we finally completed the navigation and then discovered that our slide was just 3 feet away from the next door pull through site's campfire. The website said that site #10 was the most private; WRONG! We were able to easily hear the conversations, wood chopping and crackling fire of Pull Through Site # 8. Truly, it was not their fault.TWO DAYS after we left, the female host returned my phone call. She was unaware that we had already been there. The "Reserved" paper on our site pole had us mistakenly staying for 4 nights. We looked all over for the dumpster, only to discover it on our way out, where it was very inconvenient to stop. Our Verizon cell phone was usually one bar or non-existent.If I was a business consultant, I would offer a few suggestions to the owner:1. Add address and phone number to your logo/ letterhead when reservations are printed. A larger font would also be appreciated.2. Add directions from I-15 to your print outs/ website.3. This is a business and the phone should be answered as such.

Really enjoyed our camp spot. We wanted something that didn't feel like a a walmart parking lot and this place didn't feel that way! Only complaint is how close it is to the road do hear alot of traffic but otherwise this place was great! The staff is very friendly and helpful also showers are very nice and clean.

There is a rec room with ping pong and air hockey. It was very quiet, the restrooms are clean, and the showers hot, with plenty of water pressure. Good views of the surrounding mountains.Site 13 is listed as short pull in, 36 ft Max, but our 30 ft RV filled it completely. The tent sites 1-3 are secluded but 4-7 are along the road.I’ve wished we could have spent more time here, and hope to return for a longer stay.

The good news is we were right next to a bath house...the bad news is we were right next to a bath house. Super clean with great showers, but you get a little septic smell now and then...but great facilities. Site 17 seemed frustrating at first, as it was so narrow we could use awning at all, but it turned out to be an advantage. It was perhaps the most private site they had since our trailer walked off the very nice picnic table/ fire ring set in a grove of cedar trees. All the back in site are rather short, but they have a couple of pull through’s. Beautiful mountain setting and well trees for such a new campground. Great location 5 minutes to Cedar City and 20 minutes to Cedar Breaks National Monument. Highway 14 runs right past campground, so a little noise but not a problem—especially at night when traffic dies down. It is an incredibly scenic drive to Navajo Lake and Cedar Break. Very good , brand new hook ups. Check in was a breeze. We will definitely return!

We arrived late and had an issue getting our Class C level in spot 18 and the owners were very accommodating in getting us moved to spot 15 where we were able to level on a few blocks. We were close to the bathrooms which ended up being great for our crew of 6. The bathrooms are kept very clean. The owners are constantly working on the property and making improvements. My only suggestion is that if you have a big trailer or rig (30 ft +), call to book to make sure you can fit and get level. We saw 2 other larger rigs pull in and then immediately leave because they couldn’t get level. The owners are very knowledgeable about the property and certainly help select a spot for the larger rigs. All in all, great place and a great location!
