For our 36' 5'r it was a little tight backing in. However, the pull thru sites (next level behind us in pic) that are being built currently appear to have plenty of space once completed. Super easy reservation and check in, staff helpful and friendly. This will be a fairly large RV park when done. At least 3 more levels being build going up the hill. Friendly long termers here, enjoyed several conversations with them. One very friendly gray tabby campground cat that loves attention.

  • Junky permanent rigs, RV area run down.

The picture of campground must have been taken on day 1 it opened. 90% of spaces had old run down junky rigs that were long timers. No grass just weeds. Felt unsafe. No grass just weeds. Felt unsafe. The good side, the manager who we only spoke to on phone was very nice. The cabins on the outside were cute. Location is a quiet area just a few minutes from town and good shopping. If the place had a resemblance of the picture it would have helped. Internet poor. Great OTA antennae reception

Crowded gravel parking lot. Wifi doesn't even work well enough for the owners to use. Last resort only. Boondocking would be better.

Small RV park with cute little cabins (B&B). Very nice owners. Quiet. Pretty landscaped mountain behind RV area. Out of the city a bit. But still very close to everything. Would definitely stay again.

  • Good for a night when you're tired

We were glad to find this spot because we were tired. Close to the highway and close to the supermarket

  • Scenic valley setting and just 2 miles from great shopping and restaurants.

We stayed here for 2 nights while exploring Bryce Canyon National Park. This tranquil and newly built RV Park is also a Bed & Breakfast for folks who rent a cabin (there are 8 cabins currently). The cabins line the main entry and then the 17 site RV park is situated to the right (North). The main drive is paved and each site is gravel with a grass yard and tree towards the rear of the site. It is evident that the owners care very much about the quality and appearance of the sites.Uwe, or “Bruce,” is one of the owners and made us feel so welcome. This couple has taken pride in the way they’ve built, and from the sound of things in the way they cook too! I heard about homemade bread and authentic swiss sausage. There was a bit of ground work being done to reinstall road-base in each site, but we were able to stay in a site that had already been completed.3 bars of 4g service was without using any sort of cell booster.
